We visited Vancouver for the Eras Tour, and with hotel prices through the roof, I typically stay at 5-star places like the Pacific Rim. But it was just too expensive this time, so we chose Hotel Le Soleil, and I’m so glad we did! I would give it 10 stars if I could. The hotel has a lovely European charm, is spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. The cocktails were excellent, too, and they even provided extra treats for the Swifties.
What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. From the doorman to the check-in team, bartender, housekeeping, and manager — every single person went above and beyond. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I’ve never been this impressed. Huge thanks to the entire Le Soleil team for making our trip as unforgettable as the concert itself!

The rooms are a bit dated but very centrally located near the skytrain, Canada line and buses. 5min walk to pacific center mall and plenty of food options close by.

Great hotel in great location. The Alouette Restaurant was very good. The rack of lamb was very good. Staff were helpful and attentive. Valet service is quick and efficient. The only thing that was a bit problematic was the HVAC in the bedroom. It would blow right on us when we were sleeping and seemed to cycle repeatedly in short intervals. Overall a good stay.

We love staying here! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are comfy and they have everything you need in the room from coffee to water and even wine glasses and wine opener. It's also convenient to get pretty much anywhere around town! Highly recommend.

I brought my daughter up for a quick girls night getaway and wanted to make sure we were in a safe area. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was lovely. No hidden fees or negative issues, and we really appreciated the extra touch they left for us in our room to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Room was clean and spacious, we felt safe, and were happy our car was safe in the valet garage. Highly recommended.

We love this hotel for a city getaway. Great location, comfortable bed, awesome service and a fantastic deal for the breakfast add-on. Alouette restaurant offers an interesting menu and European ambiance for dinner (and breakfast). Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

The service and friendliness of this hotel was outstanding. The breakfast choice, quality and value was excellent. We actually came back to dine at this hotel even when we booked another hotel because of the friendliness and quality of the staff and hotel. We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel if we are back in Vancouver.

From the moment we arrived hours earlier than checkin, the staff were ALL courteous, friendly and MORE than happy to assist with any request. We even found a few appreciated surprises in the room for us. I cannot express enough how much it started our trip off on the right note aftercarriving into a downpour that morning. Congratulations on a beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. Id 100% stay again. Very convenient location too. 🙏🙏

Stay at Hotel le Soliel was great and staff are super helpful and attentive. They provided good recommendations of restaurants and things to see in the area. Room was bigger than expected and very comfortable (perhaps an upgrade due to an issue at checkin where someone had pulled the fire alarm and checkin was delayed). Would definitely stay here again!

We have been staying in Vancouver for business this year and had such a great and supported stay at Le Soleil. The rooms are comfortable and roomy. The staff were super attentive and the food was wonderful for breakfast and dinner at the restaurant!

Nice hotel and good location. No views on the lower rooms and the attached restaurant is nice, but there are better places near the hotel. Rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures. Overall I would recommend.

We stayed at the Le Soleil for two nights following a cruise. We were very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the suite. We were equally impressed with the housekeeper who went above & beyond to tidy the room and provide several beverage options including coffee, tea and water. We highly recommend this hotel. As a major city, Vancouver isn't cheap, but the Le Soleil was a very good value.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was fabulous. Our dinner at the Alouette was wonderful and our sever Wanita was so friendly and helpful. Perfect way to spend our 50th Wedding Anniversary!!!
