Very clean. Comfortable bed, but pillows were disappointing.

Anthony at check-in was friendly. and helpful. Also met the manager and he completed the check-in. Staff was courteous and professional. Room was clean. Had a very nice breakfast. Only drawback which is not the hotels' fault is road construction turning onto road the hotel sits on. Be careful pulling in. The great stay was worth negotiating the construction compared to experiencing lousy lodging.
This Best Western will be added to one of my favorites for my trips,

For the money, this motel is better than I expected. The entire facility is kept very clean. Everything in the room worked properly, from the coffee maker to the microwave. I will definitely stay here again.

Anthony was the best check in person EVER

At check-in, the night attendant was very rude. He was taking numerous phone calls during my time to check-in. He even took a personal call while I waited. The room was average, the bed was horrible with no support and cause me to wake up in severe pain. We were placed by the elevator. When asked to move we weren’t accommodated. The mini fridge was not cold or even cool. The chairs were broken and the hallways smelled.

Short stay/Business trip. The hotel receptionist was absolutely phenomenal. They were helpful the entire stay, and wouldn’t hesitate to assist the customer.
The only issue was the cleanliness of the room when you require room service. Housekeeping did not have towels or sheets to refresh the room. I had to wait, but ended up going to the front desk to get towels. The floors in the room need a deep cleaning. It’s like someone spilled 2 gallons of sweet tea on the floor.
The surrounding area is under construction, but manageable. The breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable.

This was an excellent room, 311 King bed room. Fridge was cold, good freezer compartment, VERY comfortable bed, AMAZING shower. Breakfast was as expected, everything was fresh. The property was well situated off Interstate 77, easy off, easy on. My only problem was the clocks were not able to be set, or not by me. But didn't matter since I was asleep in that amazing bed.

I arrived at the hotel a little after 1 PM, almost two hours before the check-in time, and Anthony (total superstar) greeted me and handed me the room keys in no time.
I had driven almost 6 hours, so to get my room early was all I could ask for. Thank you, Anthony, and the team at BW.
Overall, a great hotel - clean, quiet and convenient - right off I-77.

People were nice! The actual hotel is a mixture of really nice and some shabby. Good breakfast and coffee! Their street is being widened, so construction mess was everywhere

That was probably of 3rd or 4th. stay at this BW. If it was not a great place to stop and rest we would never have gone back. We will continue to make it our over night stop when in the area,

The hotel was nicer than expected. It's located near other hotels that looked kind of iffy; we still felt pretty safe. The room was clean. We didn't have enough towels when we checked in; front desk said they were being washed so we couldn't get them right away, but to come back later and they should be available. No issue getting more later that evening. Breakfast was decent- eggs, sausages (only pork available), waffles, hot and cold cereals, yogurts, breads and pastries. The staff was really nice. They are pet friendly- 40lb weight limit, 2 pet max! Didn't find this out until we arrived for check in. They should probably mention this somewhere during reservation. We have a large dog, but we didn't have any issues. They were unawaringly accommodating as we were just passing through for the night.

This is an older property that has seen better days. I would say a renovation is in order, but they probably need a new location given the condition of the motels around it. The street doesn’t feel safe at all. We would not stay at this location again.

When we got in the room we saw 2 cockroaches and the room smelled awful. Woke up to a skunk smell in the middle of the night. Subpar property.

This was a quick stop to break up a long drive home after our vacation. All we required was a clean room at a property that allowed dogs but we were pleasantly surprised as to how nice this hotel is. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is right next to grocery stores and the rooms have good sized refrigerators and microwaves which is helpful when traveling for many nights. We will definitely be staying here the next time we hit the road in this direction

I rarely ever trust a 1 day review! We stayed 4 days. It is n an industrial part of the neighborhood with multiple other hotels! We didn’t encounter druggies or homeless as other reviews said. Hotel was clean and all staff at all hours were very friendly. Breakfast was basic but good. Would definitely stay again.

Checked in pretty late. Asked for a late checkout at noon, which the person working at night agreed and was very courteous.
Was woken up by the fron desk person at 11:15 with loud banging on the door and was asked to checkout.
Eventuality when we got to the front desk and asked for a receipt, they refused! Never had any business ever refuse a receipt for payment!
We need a copy of the receipt for reimbursement.

The room was dirty once you actually started to look plus tv wasn’t working had to wait over 2 hours for someone to come fix it then looked at me said it was unplugged like I would know since the plug was behind a dresser. Over all wasn’t worth the money
