I spent only one night,but I liked the location and the free airport shuttle .Breakfast didn’t have that many options,but still good. Staff was friendly and room had a comfortable bed.

Check in took forever. I was not acknowledged as I was standing there waiting. This was due to both probably a slow computer system, as well as may be an overwhelmed front desk person.
The rooms are really great. I would stay here again because of that. Comfortable bed and has everything you need, large TV with 50 channels, good air conditioning, just pretty much everything you need in a room, including Keurig coffee maker.
The breakfast is served in an extremely small room, which was maybe not even a room at one point and there are a lot of people gathering around and hoarding over whatever food is there, but I think they did the best that they could considering the limited space that they had, but I just opted to eat at the airport.
I actually did like this place a lot but next time would leave much more time for check-in and just not even bother with the breakfast.
There was a hotel shuttle, but it pretty much picked up people at about four other hotels.

This place was great. Got stuck because of a missed connection, was able to take a shuttle there and back to airport. Staff was very patient and nice. Recommended Celia’s down the street and had a great dinner! Place was clean, updated, comfortable. The breakfast was okay.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The iron provided in my room was filthy, and when I used it on my brand new white shirt, it left black marks all over, completely ruining it. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they simply thanked me for the information and did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. The lack of accountability and disregard for guest concerns is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Skye SFO. It is clean, my room was spacetious, with the necessary amenities like a fridge, hair dryer, soft pillows on the bed, and a nice big screen flat screen. Though I didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast, I could tell it’s a continental type breakfast. If that isn’t your sort of breakfast, there are cafes and restaurants neighboring to the hotel, especially on San Mateo Avenue diagonally across the street from the hotel. I very much recommend staying at this hotel very much.

Will def recommend to family and friends. Parking is tight, but area is secure. Breakfast is average. Mattress has encasement to prevent bed bug, which is a plus. Flooring is not carpet and room has been updated.

The room has no usb plugs, I communicated at the desk to get it, the stuff gave me empty promises. Breakfast is reasonably good . The owner of the hotel is very modest and professional

Free Parking is great! That was one of the points that made booking this one worth it.
Housekeeping: The cleaning staff member missed some lady's used underwear in the bathroom garbage can.
A few of the back pillows for the bed had some hair stuck to and some slight black char marks on it.
Note to cleaning staff - please be thorough in your cleanings.
Otherwise it was a good stay. The simple breakfast was good and the mini fridge/microwave is helpful. Just wish they had blackout curtains.
The property had many furniture cardboard boxes near the driveway entrance. Its clear and understandable the Hotel is under renovation. Despite these observances, I gave them high marks and would consider those a one -off and stay with them again :-)

Giving only 3 stars due to 2 reasons: 1) the hotel seems to be in the progress of renovation and the room didn’t have a chair and table to setup and work on my laptop. 2) there were electric car charging spots but I was not allow to park my car in those spots and charge.
I felt the front staff might have given a room without desk assuming I wouldn’t complain. He may have done the same for the charging issue too. The room was clean and upgraded.

The room is clean and nice. Just couple things I wish I know in advance. The hotel charge $30 early checking fee. I arrived at noon and there are rooms available. I need to pay $30 to not waiting until 3pm. Second, I follow the instruction to wait at the shuttle stop but was told since I didn’t call, the shuttle didn’t show up. I was not told that I need to call in the instruction sent by email. I waited an extra hour at the airport. Third, the shuttle does run between 11am-3pm. I wish all these information was available on Expedia.
