The washer was broken and we could not check in on time. I was told their will be adjustment in price..

Convenient location to where we were visiting.

I was very disappointed! The 1st day of a hot breakfast was missing the hot breakfast and no cream for the coffee! The 2nd day it was late, many guess’s left! The 3rd day the food was put out and then the employee left and again the food ran out. The house keepers, made the beds, clean towels, but didn’t replenish the soaps & shampoos. I reserved the room online and did not ask if I had discounts.when I got there I told them that I was in the military they told me I would get a discount but it was the same price I was quoted! I have stayed at many LaQuinta suites, and this one was very disappointing!

One of front desk clerks was always very kind. Her name Melissa.

I have no complaints my stay was a lot better than I thought the pool was clean the room was clean staff was great had no issues easy access to everything walking distance...

The breakfast was ridiculous they didn’t have anything available, no milk for the 2 cereals they had, no juice available no fruit, no coffee it was rudiculous to claim they have breakfast.

Room was stuffy and the air wasn’t able to keep up. Breakfast was very busy and in a cramped space so we skipped it. Room was recently remodeled, clean and spacious.

We were there one night & the room was very comfortable. the breakfast provided was very laking but we made due.

Jay at the front desk was so personable and willing to help. I’ve never had a better experience at a check in at any hotel.

I did not even get to stay here because the owner had a rule that in addition to regular room rate I needed to pay an additional $100 fee and a $25 fee for my pet. Although this was refundable I could not afford this and left and headed home four hours away. No mention of these additional fees were mentioned until I arrived at the hotel.

Problem with breakfast. Brought a group of 10 people down to eat breakfast. Hotel kept running out of food. We had to request staff several times to replenish breakfast items which they did but took some time.

Parked right out the front door. Got gas stollen out of my van. Staff was zero help w access to cameras.

Unit was very clean and staff (Especially Britney She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area), and ALL staff members greeted us upon entering & exiting. The only disappointment was the breakfast option, very limitied .

Misplaced key before getting to room, attendant replaced but did not change key code, I know because I found it in my bag and both cards worked. If it had been truly lost, someone could’ve had access to our room. Because the number was on the key sleeve Because Review. Good

Hotels was going through some renovations and I reserved a double room but when I got there I was changed to a king room and me my wife and daughter had to sleep in the bed. Also a lady was outside in the hallway fighting with her boyfriend from 12:00am until about 2:30am

They had some issues at check in. The woman was so helpful and figured it all out for us.

The place was being renovated and we were not told. Got there to no breakfast as stated and included in cost. Smelly and looked terrifying. Was charged extra money that wasn’t stated before hand. All in all it was the worst place I have ever stayed in. I was scared of getting robbed the whole time.

Hotel renovations were taking place so the front lobby was all tirn up. Ghe rooms that were completed were excellent and well worth the price

Sought to check in 8 min early, had a child who needed the bathroom. Was denied and sent across the street to a Bojangles. Came in after checkin at 3 and desk clerk acted like I was rushing her on having a clean room available. She Instructed us to park in back of property as the front elevator was broken-exterior of property in rear was in awful condition. Nails, screws, and construction debris all over the lot. I picked up at least 20 nails and screws from my parking space alone before pulling back out. The Grass is a foot tall, and half smoked cigarettes are laying everywhere, including on the door keypad. There was no warning that the property was under construction ahead of time. Breakfast was extremely limited and in the middle of an active construction zone taking place in same space. The room itself was good. No complaints there, the noise level was awful overnight on floor. Seemed like several drunk guests. Management was unsympathetic next morning upon checkout about noise and mess and asked for constriction understanding-this was most unorganized construction I have ever seen. 48hrs later I also still have not one but 2 pending CC charges for room rate plus a 100.00 deposit tying up my available credit.
