Property closed for no power. No help from staff and no notification from Expedia

Place lights was out and I couldn’t stay

I booked a suit. Made it to the hotel. Hotel had no power or anyone at the front desk. Reached out to Hotels.com for a refund and I still haven’t received it. I am not happy at all.

No fault of their own, I never got the opportunity to check in because of bad weather the light was out. I’ll have to get a refund.😞

Staff was nice. Room was clean. I felt safe. Can’t ask for more with the price.

This property is nasty. Our “non smoking “ room was awful. It smelled like smoke and my allergies were horrible. It is in a really bad part of town and there was screaming/fighting all night in the other rooms. They charged my card for a $100 deposit for damage and the charges showed up more than $100 for it and more than I paid for this nasty place. The floors were sticky and there wa blood on the bathroom door. I would not have stayed here if I could have found a hotel wi a reasonably close area. We did not feel safe one minute of this stay and they gouged us on the price. DONT. BOOK. THIS.

I had a great stay

Do not stay here. It’s was not clean among many other things. I’m not sure how this place is still able to be open to the public.

The oven was filthy but the room was nice.

The staff was most accommodating and very pleasant. Jessica, Thomas and staff made you feel right at home. Check in/check out was quick and smooth.

I didnt not stay the whole time i checked in and then checked right back out. My daughter got bit up by something and the place was hood and scary. Not in a good area. I wish i would have known i would have never spent my money on that place

Unsafe location! The first thing you smell when you walk into the building is scented cigar smoke! First thing you see are bags of trash in the stairway! One day, I noticed what appeared to be a gray mountain bike on side of the building that was missing both tires! Groups of people were loitering in the parking lot day and night! This property will be on my "Do Not Stay List!"

Everything was okay

wasn't clean and the young lady that was running a desk couldn't call the manager because the manager was at home sleep and the room was a disgrace to bed had all kind of stuff on it and also wouldn't put us another room because she said there was nothing available people smoking hanging outside and it was supposed to been security just horrible

The front desk people in the evening are very rude and don’t know anything about costumer service. Room was cleaned, trash under bed.. AC keep going in and out .. and no remote

Terrible place to stay not family friendly We asked for more wash clothes and was told to bring the old ones to the front desk to have them washed and given back to us most hotel will give guest extra wash clothes and towels never again will I come back here

I'm surprised it looked clean, it smelled like cigarettes and urine. The bathroom was missing the toilet paper holder, the sink cabinet was falling apart, there was an exhaust vent in the bath extremely dirty and broken. I cannot extend how unsafe I felt too. There was loud music in the cars in the parking lot, people yelling and at around 1am on a TUESDAY there was yelling and music outside and you could hear the people stomping on the room above mine.

I could not check in my reservation did not transfer to the property although it was prepaid. I was on hold for two hours and they still hung up and never talked to me. The hotel reservation never showed up. The hotel property called their third party who also couldn’t find my reservation and had to ultimately override and force my reservation since it was prepaid and I had proof. I had no extra money to just buy another room and no where to go. I was fighting to get checked in since 4pm and finally did at 12am only having to check right back out at 11am. This was a disaster and not worth the hassle at all.

The last visitor cooked in the room and the room reeks of garlic we came in late about 1 or 2 in the morning everything was already booked and we did not think the go to another location because we did not know about another location this was our third time staying there and did not expect it and did not want to complain but my wife kept smelling a garlic the garlic was all in our clothes all in our church clothes and we had to regroup on our tire had to wash everything when we got home cuz it smells so bad along with the discomfort of sleeping with garlic in the air worse than a smoked up room we came in late about 1 or 2:00 in the morning everything was already booked and we did not think the go to another location because we did not know about another location this was our third time staying there and did not expect it and do not want to complain but my wife kept smelling a garlic the garlic was all in our clothes all in our church clothes and we had to regroup on our attire had to wash everything when we got home cuz it smells so bad along with the discomfort of sleeping with garlic in the air worse than a smoked up room and we're not complaining we enjoyed the Extended Stay but this was the worst

Was put in a pet room that smelled so bad of pee .

No pillow available and bed sheet is not in the room

We chose the hotel because they accepted pets. The area was a little sketchy. There was a man aggressively walking around asking for money, loud music playing, a bullet casing under the AC unit that our puppy found.

The room reap of smoke in a non smoking area. People was hanging outside by the vehicles and hanging out in hallways. Every 5 minutes someone was knocking on the door. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, the cover had stains, I would not recommend anyone to this particular area. Staff, was with her friends hanging out in the office. Oh, when we first got there, we were giving a key to an room that was occupied. But, the people was just using the room for their personal reasons, without paying. When we first arrived, the policeman’s were there arresting a guy. Just terrible! No professionalism at all!

It was a decent stat overall. All of our towels were dirty when we got to the room. Other than that everything was okay.

I called and cancelled my room beginning of June and I was still charged for 1 night I tried to speak to several ppl and all of them were rude so I have to pay $71 for a night in a hotel that I never stayed in
