staff was excellent. bed was too soft, toilet overflowed more than once.

Overall a great hotel.

Staff were professional, kind, and courteous. Hotel room had the following issues:1) No functional fan in bathroom, 2)Very poor fit of entry door to room that is difficult to open and makes a very loud noise upon opening and closing, 3) shower backing up with gross water up to ankles, 4)Worn out chair with dirty vinyl peeling away and sloughing off.

I didn't received the room i reserved at expedia. They put in a that had multiple issues. The sofa had tears in it, the office chair material was flaking off it, it smelled terrible and stains on the carpet because i had small dog. The front desks person lied too me about not having another room. That they were all book up. But after our conversation, he showed us two other room that were not but better. Just very poor customer service.

The pool and hot tub were not working which was a big reason we booked that hotel and they didn’t let us know at time of booking.

It’s pretty loud. The windows are very old and the noise was like the window was open. I could feel the breeze coming in between them. There was loud footsteps and stuff moving above me all night for three nights straight. The carpet had stains all over it and the chair upholstery was worn way down and torn up. It’s just real old and hasn’t been updated in a very long time. The bed was comfortable.

Due to a fire alarm emergency that went on for hours I did not stay at comfort Suites. The staff was unable to clean rooms due to the evacuation. Comfort Suites sent me and others who were supposed to check-in after 3:00 pm on July 07, 2024 to LaQuinta. I finally was checked into a comfortable, clean quiet room around 7:30 pm. This did not make for a good start for my medical procedure the morning of July 08, 2024. The medical prep could not be started at 5:00 pm on the 7th as scheduled. This caused a domino effect and delayed my procedure a couple of hours. I was charged for a 2-night stay at Comfort Suites which due to circumstances beyond my control I did not get. I was also charged for a 2-night stay a LaQuinta which I did use. I was told Comfort Suites, LaQuinta, and Expedia would work this out so I would not be double charged. I look forward to seeing the refund for Comfort Suites. Thanks, Trina Halpain

Very clean for an older property. Alot around to do, but kinda busy.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 8:30 pm. Fortunately they were able to find us another hotel in the area, but it was very disappointing to deal with the hassle of waiting for another hotel.

The staff was excellent. The property is led and needs updating. Carpet was very dirty. Poor lighting in the bath room. Beds were comfortable. I probably won’t stay again, until upgraded and the pool was out of commission. I booked fo the pool because my grandkids were with me so they were disappointed too

The staff were very kind and accommodating along with the room being very clean and spacious. Definitely would recommend!

Only stayed over night but the place was clean and staff were friendly. Rooms were comfy and clean

All staff members were great and friendly. Room was amazing.. shower had great water pressure. Love vending and ice on all floors. Continental breakfast was so good and lots of options. We were there on a sunday so it was biscuits and gravy, sausage eggs, waffles. Plus lots more to choose from.

It would be nice to know when you book that the pool is out of service

Booked a room here for the pool and found out it was not in working condition upon arrival. Wasn’t impressed with that. Beds were comfy though.

A blessing. They even called because I was traveling with 4 young adults and they wanted me to know the pool was not available. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Not a bad place. The two king beds were comfy and clean. The pullout couch/bed was not comfortable. When we asked for a couple extra towels, they did not have any.

The room was spacious. The carpet was horrible. Beds were fine.

From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with respect and knowledge. My rooms were updated and unique with accented ceilings and fresh artwork and furniture. I slept better than I have in a long time. The bedding and room, as a whole, felt clean and cared for. The breakfast team worked triple-time to ensure everything remained full and fresh. There was so much variety, as well. This is my new hotel of choice and it’s name conveys that perfectly.

Clean and Spacious! My wife and I are travelling and this Comfort suite in Springfield Oregon is by far the best for the price! Two thumbs up! Great job Comfort Suite.

The staff were very friendly. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was very clean and maintained. The lobby had delicious lemon water at all hours. Very nice touch. Thank you so much.

The bed felt like it needed to be replaced. It was not comfortable.

I stay at this hotel whenever I need to access the Eugene airport. It’s easy and not too busy. The parking can be a little small and the breakfast is just a standard continental, which I don’t love. Even with those factors, coming back accommodating.

The staff was friendly and informative. The hotel itself was in need of minor repairs. The room was relatively clean, although the sofa had food on it.

The stay went well! It was the second time staying at this hotel and we are happy with it all. Everyone was nice and also helpful. Everything looked nice and clean. We will be staying again! Thank you!
