We needed a place yo dleep before taking a flight at 5a. Leaving hotel 4a. The room was for 4 people. A double bed abd pull out couch. Linen for pull out was not available ubtil 4p. We had to keave fir donner back at 11p. When we pulled iut yhe bed there was a dirty sheet with food crumbs on the mattress. We pulled iff dirty sheet to find an even more disgusting mattress.
We only had hours to dleep so my family tried to share tge obe bed and a chair.
I eill never stay at this hotel again

The room was nice and big but did smell like someone cooked fish in the microwave, the front office staff provided air freshner.

The rooms smelt like cigarettes and where dirty and the pull out mattress was completely covered in stains form previous uses.

The continental breakfast was very limited to coffee, tea and hot chocolate, packaged oatmeal and prepackaged cupcakes that were several days old.
While the unit had a stove, microwave and fridge, there were no flatware, dishes or glasses. You had to ask for everything from the front desk if you wanted anything, including shampoo, etc. Then at 2 minutes to checkout, they call to tell you to leave. We will not be staying there again.

Rooms were large and clean, which was nice - outdated, but sufficient. The kitchen in your room doesn’t come with anything, and all pots and pans are handed out on a first come/first serve basis (we didn’t have pots and pans available to us until the 2nd night). ‘Breakfast’ consists of coffee/hot water (tea, hot chocolate) and cereal bars/muffins. There’s no bathroom other than the one in your room. We had an overall good stay (we were here for 3 nights), and the hotel served what we needed it to be.

Room was in poor condition. Smell of smoke common at this hotel, including hallways. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.

Nice comfortable room and as a suite came with small kitchen with stove/oven and fridge (which worked well keeping drinks cold and ice), and small living room with couch, coffee table and lounge chair. The bed was comfortable but if I had an issue were the pillows being thin so I had to request for a couple more to be adequate for me. There was a minor area along a small portion of the wall by the floor where the base molding had come off, but otherwise the room was in great shape.
The big disappointment is the free "breakfast" which was not much more than coffee and breakfast snack bars or small muffins. There were also individual packs of instant oatmeal. One morning I could smell breakfast food being cooked but I think it was coming from a room someone was using the stove to cook with.

Paid for a king size bed received a full size bedroom hotel was not full also the bathroom tub faucet was very loose felt like it was going to fall off. Needs the screws tighten.

This hotel needs to be updated. It's advertised breakfast but all you get is coffee, hot chocolate and oatmeal packs. My window did not lock and I was on the ground floor. There was a smell on one of the pillows.

It was a very convenient area by Alameda and I felt safe arriving and leaving each day I stayed there. Also, the free parking was great.

only one chair in entire room for 2 people, was told weekly cleaning but didn't happen, desk manager said no help to clean, and desk manager was very unfriendly and not helpful.

Great stay, with a great view with a 10 minute walking distance. Room was spacious. Downside was that they didn’t have utensils already in the room, they had to get requested and they never brought them in.

My stay here was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel. Upon walking into my room There were dead spiders hanging from the ceiling, The shower and the tub were not fully cleaned as there was hair still left from the previous users. The counter space in the bathroom was not cleaned and stained, and there was a burnt spot on the bathroom floor. On top of all of this, there was also what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet in the living room. When asked to be switched to another room, It was said by the employees that "I am only staying for two nights" behind my back. They were not aware that I heard them as they asked me to look at another room. The second room was neater then the first but it too was also not properly cleaned. I have pictures to support my stay here. This was my first and will be my very last time ever staying at this establishment.

Filthy rundown hotel with prostitutes working out of it....hotels.com kicked back this review for these reasons...no profanity. No posting room rates. No posting personal information.....none of these offenses were in my review....so I am left to believe that all reviews on hotel com are not to be trusted

Sooooo. 2 am….an alarm goes off. Loud sirens and strobe lights greet me as I wake up from my gummy induced sleep. After running into walls and finding the light switch, I almost get the dogs hitched and it all stops. I call down the the desk who told me it’s a general alarm, but the fire department is coming!??? I’m like do I have to evacuate? He’s like no. No apologies, no announcements, nothing.
The room is dingy, the couch had a mystery stain on it and there was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Beer cans piled up on the lawn outside. Not a safe feeling hotel.
Dogs and human traumatized. No one slept after that. The end.
