First room provided wasn’t made up from previous stay. Thin walls-noisy. Not comfy beds or pillows. Tile in bathroom placed loose and not even grouted so grates when you step on it. Breakfast was as minimal as possible…no coffee, no eggs, just sausages and bagels. Staff could barely speak English.

This establishment was affordable, but it was not good quality.

This motel needs some work. The gym is closed and full of storage clutter, our room needed updating and cleaning. Luggage cart had a flat tire. The bed was fine and the room was very quiet. Decent price but you get what you pay for.

It wasnt TERRIBLE.....That being said, the shower knob was broken, the shower was also dirty, there is ZERO room in the bathroom...makes for showering and dressing with other guests interesting. The phone was disconnected from the wall with the bare wires hanging out of the wall. Every time we got on the elevator it reeked of marijuana. I have zero problem with marijuana, but people have zero respect for rules and its not cool with kids around. The ice machine was broken, so we had to go buy ice. The pool was open but very dirty(we chose to pass),meanwhile, the hot tub was broken down. The staff was very friendly and addressed any questions or concerns we had promptly.

This place was awful. The first room we were assigned we found bedbugs crawling on the bed nearest the door. Called the front desk, and they reassigned us to another room... Which was filthy and also had bugs. Dropped the keys off at the desk and told the desk person we were not going to be staying. Requested a refund through our booking site, and the desk manager denied it. We are now disputing the charge on my card. We ended up sleeping in the car the night of our trip because they refused to refund on an unsanitary and uninhabitable room.

Working girl hanging out in lobby and parking lot taking off in various vehicles and returning to charge her phone in lobby. Group of people hanging out around front doors and smoking while discussing drugs, one which was clearly the Working girls manager since she would hand him a handfull of cash after exiting vehicles. Not to mention i paid $15 a room more using the app than had i just walked in off the street.

DO NOT STAY HERE !! im sorry but from the moment we got out of our vehicle we knew by the broke down hoarded truck that it wasnt going to be good. As we walked through the parking lot the fresh sounds of women screaming at children, guests grilling in the parking lot at midnight. We walk in the lobby were i found a small glimpse of hope that this stay might be possible, well that was soon wipped away by almost getting trapped in the one story elevator. If that wasnt wnough to scare you sway im just getting started....... as we head down the hallway to the jetted tube room we reserved i notice the floor had also caved in under the carpet almost the whole way to the room just praying i didnt fall through. We get to the room and open it to the smell of cigarettes, wet nasty carpet, and dirty unmentionables. I hestitantly put my bag on the cigarette burned coffee table, and decided to immediately check the bed. And whag do you know as we pulled the blankets back there was roaches or bed bugs scurrying around. We even got a picture but my boyfriend has it. Needless to say we immediately ran out of there told the guy at the front desk there aint no way respectively. Showed him the roaches and he pretty much was unfazed. For the love of the good man do not stay here. This placed should be condemned.

We checked in at 1am and upon entering our room found a piece of molding in our sink. We were too tired to go back downstairs. The bathroom door didn’t close which made it a bit difficult being that my 14 year old son was with us. There was also no hot water in the morning to shower. Upon check out trying to talk to the front desk guy he understood no English and was no help.

Shower filthy door frame piece in sink! Manager didn't care at all! We left after being refunded! Ridiculous!

We liked the hot tub n swimming pool. But it definitely could have been alot cleaner rooms everyhere.

A little variety for breakfast with biscuits and gravy. Pool water was cold but hot tub was hot.

The fact the elevator isn’t working and come to find out when we left it evidently has not been working for a while… Leads me to believe that it will never be working or have the money invested to fix it. That being the case there is no way they should ever put anyone up on the third floor. Going up and down the stairs everything was brutal.

Shower and beds (blood on sheets) were dirty. Elevator was broken and not told. Was pretty misled by previous reviews.

Started with a giant stain on the bedspread- burn holes in bathroom towels- the shower head so gummed up water trickled out. Smell of feces in hallway from 2 trash bags just sitting there over 24 hours. What a mess-

This was the nastiest, most disgusting dirtiest hotel i ever stayed at. The hot tub had black scum all over the sides.

Everything was very outdated. Very poor maintenance around the facility. Continental Breakfast was minimal, and the rooms itself didn’t seem like a comfort . I will not be going back or recommending in the future

There were 2 giant trash bags just outside the elevator door. Wallpaper was peeling in the stairwells. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Overall decent place to stay

Management let kids in pool area with out their parent present. There was cockroaches in pool area

The stay was a little less than ok. The front desk guy was ok. Whenever I asked for something for the most part he tried to help, but he also was kind of stingy with supplies like towels paper plates etc I did get an extra pillow when I asked. Also the building needs a real cleaning and we saw and killed little ants and baby roaches. No bedbugs in my room but the is bloodly buggers and may some poop on the walls in the hall and in my hotel room also some brown stuff on bottom sheet of my bed. The pool and jacuzzi were kind of ok they seem ti need a good cleaning though. The breakfast was ok too just need to clean the floors wipe the tables and change the bagels

The hot tub was nasty and sounded like someone was stomping on the floors all night long so couldn't get sleep. The only thing that I liked about the place is the front desk guy was very nice

This hotel has gone downhill so much over the last 5 years. It is filthy nothing seems to work. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I will never stay here again there are so many other hotels right in this location I will gladly pay the extra few dollars to be somewhere I don't have to worry about my children touching anything for fear of what that "mystery stain" could be.

It was peaceful, decent breakfast, overall pleasant stay!
