Shower pressure was horrible, coffee maker didn’t work, and no elevator

Even though this area just experienced hurricane damage, the hotel room that I got was nice and the front desk staff were very friendly (and great partial view of the beach)!!

Recovering from hurricanes, elevator doesn’t work, pool not heated, hot tub isn’t working. Bed & room was ok/standard. No elevator with 3rd floor room and managing suitcases was difficult.

The hotel room was very clean, but the tub grouting had mold on it and also the grout around the base of the toilet. No ice cubes and no trash basket in the bedroom area. The towels are very substandard. The front desk was very friendly, very helpful. Not having the elevators available was difficult because I was on the third floor.There was no sugar or creamer with the coffee in the room. But again, the friendly front desk and the cleanliness of the overall room was very good.

Place is just getting back on its feet from hurricane. 1st floor is not available but wnd floor whwre i stayed was clean and veey nice. Beds are a little hard for me a d bath towels are like sandpaper but all that aside the the place was great. Will definitely go again. Oh and the sunsets across the road are beautiful.

The room was amazing once we were able to get it.
I called at 3:37pm to see if it would be possible to check in a few minutes early since check-in is at 4 PM.
The front desk lady told me that the room was not ready yet, but assured me that it would be by 4 PM when we check in.
We walked in at 4 PM and it took them about 10 minutes to try to figure out if the room was ready or not and then they told us it would be another 30 minutes before the room could be checked into.
We came back to the front desk at 4:37 and they said that the housekeeping has not confirmed that the room is clean, but we are more than welcome to head on up.
When we got to our room, they were still working on our room and needed five more minutes to finish.

Great Customer services.. Communicated thoroughly.There was a wait on the room to be cleaned and ready for checking in there was a delay on that but all in all the Hotel was nice.. They are still cleaning up the town so each resort was feeling the after effects from the hurricanes

Room was good. Hotel stated that what ever we needed just ask. When we were going to cook on the grill by the pool, there was no propane let in the tank. The manager said we can go get the propane gas at the Seven-Eleven store ourselves. Three other front desk employees stated the same thing two days in a row. This response was not acceptable. We left the fish we caught in the hotel.

You could walk to most places, directly across the street from the beach, the one lady I dealt with at the office was helpful, the hotel did tow my car even with the pass in the window, the manager was not available on a Friday at 2pm and refuses to call me back, place is nothing special, you will not be wowed, stay somewhere else

Weve been here many times. The bed this time wasnt that comfortable. But we really enjoy staying here. Love the pool and the roof top bar is a great place for a nightcap

I believe the value was great, right across the street from the beach. The place was really clean and tidy. The room was pretty updated. Comfy beds. The pool is nice.

It's walking distance to the beach and there no so call gym or guess computer as a amenities the bar was closed for personal reasons hallway on second level has a bad smell and room is full of dampness from rain that why the air conditioner is always on its more of a motel vibe than anything! Never going back!

We booked for a 2night stay. Older hotel but nice and clean. There was a weird smell in hallway but other than that the staff was very friendly and it was a great stay. We would stay again if we came back to this area. The beach is a hike even if you stay on the beach so be prepared to walk.

The pool was closed due to a woman taking her tampon out in the pool. We were told the pool would be open the next day by noon. The jacuzzi remained opened which I liked. The next day not only was the pool not open by noon but they also closed the jacuzzi. The following day neither the pool or the jacuzzi was open. I’ve stayed here numerous times in the past without issues. After this horrible experience, never again.

Toilet was clogged at check in. Cleaners were hanging out in my daughters room, making her uncomfortable to walk into her room. Wanted to use the grill, but propane tank was empty and was told we had to fill it if we wanted to use it. $16.95 a day for parking was also not noted on my reservation.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is your typical beach motel. The location was good, but it’s across the street from the actual beach and even after crossing over to head to the beach, it’s quite a lengthy walk to get to the actual water.

Clean and friendly place with an amazing view of the marina. Customer service at the front desk were kind. Lots to do in the general area. Arrived in the evening so we missed out on some things to do in the area but that was on us. Got down the road and realized I had forgotten items in the room. When I went back in the lady at the desk(sorry, I forgot her name) was awesome about it. She activated another key card for me no problem. Would definitely stay again when in the area .

This hotel was such a hidden gem. It is an older property, and could use some upgrades, but it was clean, and tidy and the customer service was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the ac cold, and our room had a balcony with a lovely view of the bay. The beach is right across the street and is walking distance. There are restaurants close by as well. They have a rooftop bar which we did not get a chance to check out because of the rain. We arrived early and they were able to offer us early check in because there were rooms ready. I would definitely stay at this property again. The experience was excellent.
