It was sad. The handicap room was unsafe. Without non-slip tub surfaces, the grab bar was loose by the toilet. The shower chair was wobbly and missing screws. Very unsafe. Surprised no one has fallen yet. Accident waiting to happen.

We opened the door to our room, and my wife commented "It smells like skunk". She did not know what the smell was until I told her that this was the smell of Marijuana. The smell was faint, but it was definitely there.

Bathrooms were filthy, with hair still in the tubs. Fridge was nasty and molded in the freezer section.

The hot water was only hot in the very early hours of the morning.

It was noisy, lots of kids running and jumping upstairs. The hotel had a weird smell and was somewhat run down compared to other Super 8’s I have stayed in. Pillow cases didn’t look clean and it needed vacuuming.

The day time clerk or manager was terrific, but the afternoon-evening desk clerk seemed annoyed to be bothered by the questions I asked. She was on her phone every time I went thru the lobby area & appeared/acted unfriendly/angry to be interrupted by guests.

The beds were hard, the elevator was broken and theres 3 floors, at 9am i was on a business call and someone just opens my door walks in and says check out...umm i have until 11am close my door rude. I will never stay here again.

The bathroom had debree in the corners and the tub was gross we didnt use it. There was hair next to and behind the bed. There were crumbs on the carpet and stains on the bedding and towels.

The front desk staff were anything but friendly, almost to the point of being Surly like a seedy hotel in a movie. The rooms were dirty and uncomfortable to the point we left a day early with no worry about getting a refund for the night we did not use and had to book at another hotel.

Tons of ants were in the room, which got worse, even after I told the staff about it. Had a DND sign on my door and someone had gone in the room not once, but TWICE, when I specified not to. Was told the manager was going to call me. Never got a call. No one cares about you as a guest. The breakfast was also a joke too tbh. I wasn't looking for problems during my stay. It just found its way to me.

By far one of the worst Super 8s I have stayed in over the years. This one I have stayed in many time before, but my last stay might have been my final one. Room was disgusting with what I could only hope was food stains on the ceiling and walls above the bed. A/C was very noisy. TV was small and outdated, I try to watch local news before going into work.

We had minor issue with first room but staff took care of it immediately and gave us another room. Very clean and staff was excellent.

The window to our room was positioned so a street light would beam into the room through the crack in the shades, east facing windows was also a bit tough.
Was charged an arm and a leg because of the Solar Eclipse, wish I wasn’t charged likely 4x the original rate.

Extremely dated and need’s interior work done. The chair in my room was dirty and had stains covering the seating area. The bathroom had unpainted plaster around the toilet paper holder.
However, it met my needs, it had electricity, it was warm with hot water.

The housekeeping staff was so rude… Kept opening my door yelling and slamming the doors…I had a do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping staff ignored it and then removed it from my door…
