Very welcoming staff. We had my sister's birthday at the hotel restraunt and it was a great experiance, the service was very nice and it went even better than planned. The staff were generous and delivered a beautiful cake to our room.Very clean room and gorgeous furniture. Overall we had great experiance.

The front desk service was excellent. They should get a raise. The front door fell captain and people at the front door were amazing. They help us out Immensely and getting taxis

I love this hotel, it is 5 star because of the service you recieve, food excellent & scrupulously clean. My only minnor gripe - would have been nice if front desk asked me if I enjoyed my stay. Otherwise this is a little peace of heaven in Rome. Stongly recommended the Adele bar, located in their sister hotel, for a truely amazing experience.

Fantastic pool in hot weather. Everyone was helpful. Food was excellent. A bit of a hike to sites but it was 40 degrees Celsius when we were there which made long walks a challenge.

The decoration was beautiful the place overall was very nice. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the food not to many options.

Beautiful facility that is near to the park and other sites; we wished for 24-hour coffee service since we arrived very jet-lagged, but there is none until 6:30 in the morning and no coffeemakers in the room. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom tissue was scratchy. Very nice people there.

Location: it is far from main attractions but I did not mind. We take taxis to go everywhere
The hotel will call a taxi when you are in need. Taxi service is very fast.
Room service: We ate dinner. Everything was very good. The person that delivered our food was very nice. Food was tasty.
I did not have time to enjoy any other amenities at the hotel as we only stayed for 24 hours .
I felt very safe. I travelled with my daughter (11).
I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

My stay at the Parco dei Principi was wonderful. The service was very top, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional, The grounds are beautiful, The spa was amazing. I love this beautiful green space in the middle of the city.

Great location near the park, friendly helpful staff, good food and facilities. However the room was very tired, dark and lacked sockets/USB sockets, that a 5 star hotel should provide. It has the problem that many older hotels have, lack of investment in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

A peaceful contrast and haven after a hectic day sightseeing in Rome . A visit to the pool is a perfect way to unwind . The staff throughout the hotel are friendly, helpful and efficient . They ensure each guest feels welcome and go out of their way to help ....a credit to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only negative is they will not give you an iron and want you to pay for laundry service. This isn’t helpful if you arrive with clean clothes and just need to press an item to wear that day/in real time. Small note but applicable to many.

This hotel has the feel of an elegant time in history that has almost disappeared in the hotels today. Everything about it feels luxurious and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Our second visit here and we will definitely be back

It’s quite a distance from most sights in a residential area

Great service but décor very old fashioned so looks tired despite being clean. No power sockets at bedside. No mirror with lights near a power socket (for make-up).
Nice long hours for breakfast (and delicious breakfast tea), and good wi-fi. Concierge able to get taxis quickly into town.

The hotel is great, the staff great as well. Our bathroom was too small and sink wasn’t working well. There’s patio but we got the park/street view so didn’t use it at all, it was noisy. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Booked this hotel to use the indoor pool/spa facility but it wasn’t open so that’s a bummer. I wasnt notified, had i known i wouldve canceled. But it’s close to Villa Borghese park so it was a plus. Bike riding there was fun.

Overal very good Hotel. Breakfast buffet is very good but service needs a little improvement. Many servers but they all seem frazzled and look like they are running in circles. Overalll good value for money for a 5 star hotel

Fantastic stay for us. We are not fluent in Italian but all the staff helped in any way possible to make our trip wonderful. From giving directions to booking our train for us- I would give them a 10 if I could! I will certainly return.

Hotel was very nice and the staff excellent. Food was quite good. However it’s not walkable to shops and restaurants, and it’s extremely hard to get taxis as it’s outside of most the tourist areas. More costly for taxis once you find one due to the location. Hotel itself is terrific.

Loved close proximity to Borghese gardens and walk through gardens into town. Rooms very comfortable and clean and great pool and gym.
