The room was great!! It was clean & very comfortable. The area was a little rough. Breakfast consisted of coffee, juice & granola bars.

I will not stay here again. The lighting was awful, extremely bright and irritating. Had to go downstairs to borrow iron and board; never got a board. room was small beds were ok

The hotel appears and is clean, and check in was easy. The night auditor was friendly and efficient. The "breakfast" was anemic. Our A/C in our room worked, but had an odor, as well as the room it self. Clearly, there was a chair missing from the room, which would have been convenient. Good enough on an austere budget and basic needs weekend.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. House keeping came in every day and kept the room clean. A great value for the money.

This was a trip I did not expect to make and needed to economize. I chose this hotel for its location and price and expected BASIC accommodations. What I got was disrepair and poor maintenance and minimal service to the room. I generally do not require cleaning services during my stays so I cannot comment on the cleaners but the service this room got before my stay was cursory. The room reeked of cleaning chemicals. That was the first assault on my nose. The second and most potent was the AC unit. I noticed the light on the unit indicated the filter needed cleaning. From the stench I would guess it had never been serviced and was probably moldy. The louvers were broken and the plastic of the unit a discolored yellow indicating its age. There was also black dust on the louvers when I wiped them. The huge TV did not work but fortunately the internet did. The walls had holes in the wallpaper in several places and the metal door frame to the bathroom was dented and had paint scraped off in several places. Most curious was that the floor tiles in the bathroom had several areas completely lacking grout! This is the second time I have stayed in a Wyndham property in the last couple months that should be a complete embarrassment to Wyndham. I do understand Wyndham wanting to cover the market completely however even the more income limited customers deserve better than this health hazard.

The stay was very pleasant. Room was very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast could have been a bit better. More healthy choices.

My son and I stayed for 3 nights and it was an absolute comfort! Our room was spotless each time we come from our day errands with fresh linens and towels on the rack. Staff are amazingly helpful to queries.

I booked here for 5 nights to see my girlfriend in college and the staff alerted as I was checking in that I had to be twenty one. Then they claimed to do room service/house keeping but all they did was fix the bed with the same sheets I had to take them off and then when I had taken them off it was already to late and I realized I was eaten up with bed bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Nice and convenient

The bathtub is slippery, but fortunately, there is a grab bar for support. The napkin box on the bathroom wall contains used napkins, so I decided not to use it. The breakfast was advertised as free, but there were only a few cookies available, and the juice dispenser was out of order.

I had a wonderful day. The staff was friendly and kind. I would recommend it to other people

Our Phone Would Not Work So I could get a 4 am wake as I was having surgery ay UVA and Had to be at the hospital by 5:30 am. Ater repeatedly asking about getting the phone fixed I was told maintenance had said it was a problem with the extension on that phone, which I did not know why the phone would have an extension, Then I ask about an alarm clock. At first, I the desk Said Sure Then She said Oh I'm sorry we have no alarm clocks, she said someone Could knock on my door which I never heard. But I ended up staying up all so I would not be late for the Hospital,

No decaffeinated coffee. Loved the doubled up pillows.

very clean and comfy, staff were very nice. The included breakfast wasn’t the best, not many things to eat but other than that we really enjoy our stay!

Fridge did not work & bed was broke. We did not stay due to the fact that they did not have another room available.

The hallway has a strange odor. The room also has the air conditioner running because of the odor. The pillows have been washed, but I noticed that the yellow marks had not been removed.

Excellent hotel. Extraordinarily clean & quiet, friendly staff at check in. Comfortable bed and large room. Centrally located to city and entertainment. Would consider staying there again.

Need to leave your breakfast out longer not everyone get up and leaves early I asked for 2 breakfast bars at 930am and lady said NO and told us they closed it down at 9am I just spent 3 nights at there hotel and can’t even let me have 2 breakfast bars unreal it was not like you serving hot food it was all prepackaged or to go foods

Checked in late at night everything was quiet and staff was friendly

Room was clean. As had stated on form that had walker they gave us a room with easy access to tub as has a shower chair. Only complaint was bed was very soft

If you like the smell of stale curry, this place is for you. I was called out of town a day early, they said that they would refund the day I didnt need. They never did. They just kept my money. Crooks. This place is empty for a reason.

Property was exactly what I needed. Good value and clean

I did not feel secure. People hanging outside of the building where you entered with a key card. We arrived received our room keys, air conditioning was a window and totally froze up. Person at the desk gave us two options, one a room with two beds or a handicap room with king bed. I paid for a room with a king bed, so we took the handicap room. The room had roaches, we informed the front desk twice and house keeping with no response. Would recommend to anyone DO NOT STAY THERE!
