Overall, a great stay. Very convenient being in the mall. The hotel is a bit run down and quite dated but the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Listening to my neighbours fight Sunday morning before breakfast was kind of annoying

The space room was amazing. Staff were very accommodating. Kids had a great time. It was a good experience. Only two elevators were working. Huge lineups at times. Quite a bit of wait as a result.

Property is a little dated but they are upgrading. Elevators with no other options were extremely frustrating at checkout and check-in. Especially when half did not work or stop at your floor.

Where to start, we were in Edmonton with 12 year old daughter to catch the Pink concert. At over $500/ night (end of August) If you don’t find your own parking in the ghetto of the WEM they will gladly charge you $20/night. Check in was 4:00pm, don’t ask for early and don’t expect late check out. We arrived at 4:01pm were told that we would have to wait….no discount or comp valet parking. Too bad, so sad it felt like. There’s a dude there to push the elevator button because you will be waiting 10 mins for the elevator to come. So plan according when leaving your room, bring a chair and water bottle. Slowest elevators ever, there are 4 (only 3 working during our trip) and 12 stories… We reserved and stayed in a Polynesian themed room. My wife and I stayed here 24 years ago. I think I found the gum I left under the night stand as NOTHING has changed in those rooms in over 2 decades, nothing. Not the carpet, paint hasn’t been touched up, & not the bathroom (our towel holder was almost falling off)… Room service was ordered after the concert at 11:34pm, showed up 12:37pm….$20 for 10 chicken wings and an hour…. We will not be returning customers…especially not at over $500/night in an old, dilapidated room, in an old mall. They are trying to lipstick that pig but good luck!

Elevators were not working. Sometimes none of the 4 were working. Half hour waits.

The orange haired young man put me in a room right in front of the garbage truck and bin area when I requested a quiet room. Not sure what he has against Chinese people, but upon checking in, he was upset to serve me when I was being friendly and courteous. Guess he doesn’t want returning customers that are of Chinese origin.

Everything about the property is excellent but 2 of the 4 elevators were not working and it created a huge traffic problem, sometimes the only way to get up or down was to use the stairs. The elevators need to be replaced since they are from the 1980's. We will not stay there again until the elevators are all working.

Was an amazing experience. The rooms were great, beds were so comfortable. The only issue we had were the elevators being down to only 2 making it a 10-15 minute wait during peak times to get up or down from our floor.

Clean, convenient, location.

I stayed in the Roman themed room. The lighting was so poor that it was hard to clearly see anywhere the sun couldn’t shine. Light switches were confusing and in odd places. We were unable to get our room cleaned even with the request card hanging from the door. Bed was incredibly firm so sleep was very uncomfortable. Also given an extra $160 charge at check in which their only explanation was calling it taxes. Only nice thing was that for how busy it was there was absolutely no noise. I’m sure it’s great to stay at with children but I do not recommended it to just adult guests.

Convenient location. Was a strange frequent dripping sound from room above. Otherwise very happy with my stay.

Great to stay there because of easy shopping/food/entertainment. However 2 out of four elevators working the entire 5 days we were there, down to one elevator at checkout this morning. Very very busy weekend and the delays were insane. And apparently they don’t allow people to take the stairs.

Had a great time, Air conditioner wasn’t working and it never was dealt with.. They did give me an electric fan lol..very clean the only negative was how hot it was at night and had a terrible sleep..

We booked a night in the "Roman Suite" at the Fantasyland hotel and it was great! the large jacuzzi tub worked perfectly, there was plenty of hot water, and the bed and bathroom were both excellent. The hallways and carpets are getting a tiny bit dated, but they are all clean and the connection to the mall is awesome!

We got a theme room for our anniversary. They forgot to provide robes and slippers which were supposed to be included in the room. We could hear the elevator screeching constantly all night long and the carts rolling up down the hallway constantly. Definitely not worth $500 for the night. Pretty disappointed.
