Room was big and clean. The place is a little bit dated, but still cute. The pool was clean and nice. Right next to Tim Hortons for breakfast.

The hotel was good, a little old but in a great area, a walk away from the waterfront , enjoyed my morning coffee there .We needed to warm up our food at night and the front desk advised us to go to the restaurant and they took it to the back in the kitchen to warm up but we went to our room and everything was cold. Embarrassed to go and ask again so we didn’t eat that night..

Room was freezing cold and front desk said that it’s like a hospital- can’t change the temperature. My 85 year old grandmother was extremely uncomfortable.

The staff were very friendly at both check in and check out. The hotel lobby & room were clean but the rooms are very dated. As some others have said, the room was humid when we arrive and the whole hotel smelled very strongly of bleach. I thought it was just because of the pool when we walked in but our room also had a strong smell. I'm very sensitive to bleach so maybe it was just me but because of this alone, I can't stay here again. Had it not been for that, I would stay again.

The Casablanca is a nice hotel. We had to travel during the long weekend so there was a wedding going on and the place was sold out. The staff were polite and helpful. But, it needs updating. The chairs in our room were almost unstable. The pillows are tiny considering the size of the bed. No toiletries were offered except a simple bar of soap. Nothing else was even offered. The bathroom fixtures need updating. It’s the little things that make a stay exceptional, and that wasn’t evident here.

The hotel pool is on first floor and as soon as you go in it smells like chlorine. My room was not serviced until I left they only had one key to the room.

The Casablanca had very spacious rooms. They were clean and comfortable. The area the hotel is situated at is quiet and there are new properties surrounding the hotel. The only suggestion would be for usb charging units to be put in the rooms.

The staff and service is fantastic. The hotel is neat with a nostalgic type of feel, but we had several issues while there. The sink in bathroom did not drain. The hot water was more lukewarm. We had two rooms and one room the keys never worked. They gave us probably 8+ different set of key cards and none ever worked. They tried to replace the batteries, but still did not work. We had to wait for staff to be able to walk us up to let us in our room.

Our king room was lovely. It was bright, comfortable and very quiet. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. For supper the wings were undercooked and had to be redone. Breakfast the following day had eggs that were supposed to be over easy but instead were slimy on top with the yolk almost dry. Sausages tasted odd. The cheddar omelette was slimy like it was egg substitute undercooked and came covered in onion. The wait time for our breakfast was ridiculous and it wasn’t even busy.

Despite its age, the hotel staff clearly cares for this property and the hotel condition proves it. The super clean facilities and well kept rooms make for a warm and very comfortable stay. Lake Ontario is within walking distance, as are several food options.

Staff were amazing. The room was clean. The room was quite dated and there was a strong odor of chlorine (maybe) in the halls. I wish there were brochures of activities and restaurants in the area. Overall was good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Casablanca. Room was clean, spacious and very welcoming. The only complaint, if you could call it that, was the lighting. Oddly enough we found our room dark. The only lights were from lamps and they were not bright, but other than that the room was very nice. The bed was amazing and most comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely area, great location near lots of food and shopping. Hiking trails within 30min drive or less. mattress are quite firm (too firm for us) and pillows small with only 2 options.

We could not find anyone to check us in. Someone finally showed up. Room was good size. Curtain too small for window and broken. Pillows very hard. Bath towels paper thin and very small. Kids were actually running and screaming in the hall. No coffee available. Not a pleasant stay. Good location, great potential, very disappointed.

This was a really enjoyable stay. Property is a 2 minute walk from the most beautiful view lake. Staff was extremely friendly

Freezing cold, no USB ports in room, kids running in halls till after 11 at night, no water glasses in room, whole hotel was worn and tired. Drapes not hung properly. Bathroom was particularly shabby with cracked sink with no plug and rusty shower door.
At one time view would have been unimpeded view across lake to Toronto. However, now blocked by apartment buildings and townhomes.
Staff were pleasant, bed was comfortable.
