This hotel is old, and although I appreciate the lobby's vintage look, the rooms were dated, rundown, and need of cleaning and maintenance. Save your money,

The bed was comfortable and room was clean

Room was too hot ; no temperature control. Front desk staff said they'd call back in a few minutes to help solve the issue; didn't get resolved for over 1.5 hours and multiple calls. No food options available for breakfast.

Hotel Prices, not just the Casablanca, seem to have raised prices too much. Probably trying to make up for lost revenue because of 2 years Covid, but it will limit my future travel plans

Just gross dirty, falling apart bathroom with a nasty stained yellow/brown toilet seat. AC completely ineffective.

I did not get what I payed for at all, they said they ran out of the room I booked. No Ac, No internet and no Jaccuzi tub. Overall awful experience.

Nothing other than the pillows. Staff seemed short with me when I tried to advocate getting what I payed for.

The hotel was a lovely older style hotel with lovely staff, good food and drink, and walking distance to the shore

We could only stay one night and the rumour has it the hotel is closing down at Christmas, terribly sad

Great location, facilities overall are dated but it was a comfortable stay, room 105 may need some attention regarding the electrical work.

the wifi does not work here very well, and the price of rooms could be a bit better but considering the area not terrible. restaurant could be a lot better.

Restaurant not open until 4pm daily. Had to travel elsewhere for meals, we were not informed of restaurant being closed. We booked 2 rooms ahead of time and at checkin, they had only booked us 1 room. Finally got the 2nd room (on another floor than our family) and the bed had not been made, room and bathroom had used towels on floor. Finally got into another room and the smell would give you a headache almost instantly. Finally received another room and we got settled. Had a conversation with the "manager" the next morning and he seemed perturbed that he had to deal with this. I heard through the grapevine that the owners don't care because they are taking the hotel down. The whole experience was a complete disappointment, to top it off, we were there for my dad's funeral. BTW....$40 off for this experience was a joke, thanks for nothing.
