It was good but l think customer can help with your laggauge, they just handle you your keys and say 4th floor room 123 no help with your laggaugages.

Hotel is located in heart of city centre close to all transport links (bus, tram, train) room i stayed in was quiet and spacious. Highly recommend

Service was absolutely terrific and the room drastically exceeded my expextations. Everything was perfectly clean, there were many power outlets and for the price (67€/night) it was a literal steal. Due to an unforseen failure in the air conditioning system the room got fairly hot at night (summer), but as a compensation they offered free parking and free breakfast. Great

From the amazing bed comfort to the great various breakfast (including wonderful espresso) I am very satisfied.

We loved this hotel. The service was excellent. The front desk staff went above and beyond to do everything for us we ask

The problem was Prior to booking, We went to the hotell to Ask questions about the option of rooms, as We have small children with us, one very rude receptionist Told us that they were fully booked already, which was weird because i just checked the availability and was seconds away with booking. She was not interested in helping a family who just arrived from a days travel. I then proceeded with my booking outside of the hotel , and surely enough we managed to book 2 rooms👍When another staff was asked Why this happened, she could not answer and looked amazed herself, showing zero respect between coworkers. Superior room was missing towels, tv remote defekt, when i went to reception to Ask about towels, they simply packed towels and one extra bedsheet in a plastic bag, and since i was not on the way out, i had to bring it up myself, which for my sake isnt a problem, its just that i do actually Expect a little more service in a 4 star hotell!

The staff were readily available and most helpful with directions and where to go . They provided an excellent driver who spoke English who knows polish history very well . A person who extended his time without issue Remember when you need a place to stay. Think poznan ! Mr. Shultz is an excellent city guide !

This is one of the nicest hotels i have stayed in, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel sells a breakfast to guests for $39 Polish and the bread is ok, but the price is high compared to what you could get if you ate elsewhere. Also they advertise that they take you to the train, but they actually have an agreement with a taxi company and they say it is a price savings, but it is more than a non- hotel taxi you call. Staff not all that friendly. Location is right under the takeoff area for the airport. Planes can be loud. Bed was great!! Room was nice. It had a bathtub.

The staff was highly professional and made me feel welcome. The food was good and my room was comfortable. Overall excellent, I would be glad to visit again.

Staff at this hotel were truly exceptional - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made our stay in Poznan a very pleasant one.

Flights into Poznan generally land late, this hotel allowed checkin after 2am and is very near to Poznan Railway station, so I could get on with my journey after a good nights sleep

Staff very helpful. Excellent service. Room bigger than other Mercure in Europe i stayed in. Nice breakfast hall and food selection.
