Doing a tour of Stockholm and this place is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. We had dinner there and the food was very nice

This hotel has a superb location--right near Skansen, museums (ABBA and the Nordic Museum), and the amusement park. It is also easily accessible to public transportation (the ferry, buses, and trams) to get to other parts of Stockholm very easily, such as Gamla Stan or where we picked up a kayaking tour. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel is amazing. The rooms are super comfortable. We got two twins with a bathtub. The bathtub was nice and deep, and the beds were very comfortable. You are able to open the windows in the rooms, which is a nice feature. We were very pleased with our stay!

Perfect hotel especially with children, most of what you want to see with kids is on the doorstep, lovely garden and terrace with outdoor table tennis, kubb, jenga etc. My husband's favourite hotel breakfast!

Room was comfortable and breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside is it was hot and stuffy as there is no airflow or air conditioning or fan offered. No self service laundry but overall I excellent stay

Great hotel! Massive rooms for families, great choice of breakfast options and lovely staff. Good location for all the museums and the theme park but not too noisy or crowded even in peak season. Beautiful garden with table tennis, very family friendly but also suitable for couples. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay, super friendly staff and comfortable beds.

We stayed in this hotel for one night and I wish we could stay longer! The hotel is absolutely beautiful from inside and outside and the room was spacious and modern and very clean too. Location is great, close to all the attractions of Djurgården. The very thing about our stay was the staff, everyone from the reception to restaurant was wonderful, so friendly and very attentive to the young children who travelled with us. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Stockholm! A beautiful building with excellent and friendly staff. The restaurant was fantastic, but plenty of other eating options around if you fancy a change. Close to several museums and attractions, and only a short tram ride into the city centre, or a short boat ride to Gamla Stan. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return!

The hotel is lovely and the location convenient, so close to Skansen, museums and ferry to Gamle Stan. We also enjoyed the beautiful walk between the hotel and Old Town

Hotel was great with excellent room, breakfast, and service. Didn’t sleep well though with a very loud Karaoke bar right outside our window.

Great place

An excellent place in an ideal location that not far from Stockholm central via bus. Another reason why it's a nice location is because it's close to museums.

I really liked the staff, the breakfast, the bar, etc at the Hasselbacken. But they had no air con, and the rooms desperately need an update. It’s a faded elegance in much of the hotel, which we nevertheless very much enjoyed. But the rooms were not up to snuff. Staff was lovely, and convenience to the ferry was very handy.

The staff! Absolutely LOVELY! I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location. Beautiful setting. The bed was super comfortable. The towel warmer was a nice surprise! I will stay there again without hesitation!

The Breakfast served at this hotel was Outstanding. One of the best we have had on our Europe trip. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs. Location was great- very walkable to museums and easy Boat 82 to the Old City. The one negative to point out is there is NO air conditioning. It was very hot while we were in Sweden and we suffered with the temperature in our room a bit. The staff did bring fans. But, just something to be aware of if A/C is important to you.

If you're going to see a show at Cirkus, the hotel is located across a one-way street. Its also across from the theme park, ABBA Museum and all other museums are less than 10 minutes, walking.

Beautiful hotel near the ABBA museum, the fair and the ferry terminal to get around the city. The room was lovely but there was a buzzing that was annoying from what we think was a mechanical room backing on our room. Also very warm in the room even with the heat turned as low as we could. That said, the room was clean and cozy. The hotel is lovely and we had the best breakfast included - really well done with lots of choice and lots of gluten free options which was such a treat for me. I would definitely stay here again. A note though is that there is no larking with the hotel. We parked under the hotel in covered parking which was very very expensive and smelled terrible. They are obviously having a sewage issue, so you may want to park outside and hopefully it is less than 50$ for 24 hours! Also, try the ferry to Gamla Stan - only 5.50 per person and a lovely ride.

Loved the hotel! Staff was excellent and really made us feel welcome. An amazing location- close the museums and right next to tram stop which takes you downtown.

Excelent hotel, easy to get there from the railway station. The service was great, the room was clean and cozy. Good food, we ate at the restaurant in the evening and breakfast was rich. We came for a show at Cirkus, so it was super to be so close to the venue. There was only one thing I did not like: the bed was too soft for my back and I did not sleep well. Overall, very happy with my booking, I will go back and hopefully I can ask (and get) a room with harder mattress. :-)
