Not even close to 3 star very old hotel bad beds and pillows. Nice view from top floor rooms good pool bar but everything is really in the need of maintenance the bottom of pool is getting lose broken toilet and sink in room , breakfast was mostly cakes the eggs were powder eggs with to much water! Long walk to everything 1/2 hour to downtown and very steep hill to walk home!

Nice hotel, but quite a tough walk up from the centre. There is a shuttle though.

The city and location itself have definetely a particular charm. The art nuveau buildings and the abundant vegetation make you feel like in a tropical destination but a little bit more stylish. The personell is friendly and helpfull. The shulltle is functioning with minute precision. Thank you Sebastian for your kind suport! The everyday cleaning is consistent, the food served in the local restaurant is fresh and delicious. The panoramic view on the roof terace, saturday and sunday's dinner worth all of the money! Parking have enough places for a costal residence, and you can easily explore from such a location the french riviera (la cote d'azure). There are a lot of sandy beaches where you can have an excelent meal right on the beach at the lunch time or dinner. I strongly recomand this destination!

Parking is a big mess. They do not have enough space for the cars. The cars blok each other every night. They almost crash when they park in and uit. Hotel is really old, furnithures are from 1970. Bathroom is 30 years old, it is 4 stars never worth, maybe 2-3 stars. Breakfast is al right. If you want on 2 star hotel for a 4 star price and you do not have a car go to Hotel Nyala.

The hotel was nice, but not outstanding, the staff was friendly, but not overachieving, the area was pretty, but not close to anything and not easily accessible.

Another amazing stay at the Nyala. The friendly and very professional staff made us feel more than welcome. We chose to eat in the restaurant and were not disappointed, fresh pasta, great mains and homemade desserts and a lovely Restaurant Manager for whom nothing was too much trouble. Already booked a return trip in 3 weeks time. A big thank you to Katia, on reception for all her help and service with a big smile.

Wonderful staff and very helpful. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the city. We ate dinner in their restaurant and the dishes were prepared very well and were tasty.

Although we were at the resort ahead of the season, we enjoyed the comfort and location and could see how wonderful it will be in the summer

Our flight had unfortunately been cancelled the prior day so we were 24 hours later than expected!! I had emailed the hotel to inform them and the receptionist referred to this and thanked me. Lovely, warm welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, a little bit out of town but good free shuttle service. Staff speak good English and were very helpful. Nice pool area, good restaurants and bar areas. We had a nice modern family room which had previously been two seperate rooms, so had two bathrooms. Only negative was the water pressure in one of the showers was not enough to get wet under and the other one kept falling off the wall.

We came here on a romantic weekend for two to Sanremo. The hotelroom was everything we expected it to be. Some things in the room are up for check-up, but basically everthing is comfortable and clean. We ordered room service for breakfast, and did expect more than what we got. The staff at the receptiondesk helped us out very well everytime we had questions. Definately a recommendation for this hotel if you want to visit Sanremo!

Air conditioner didn't work very well, it wasn't hot during our stay but it's something to consider if you are traveling during the heat season. We got a really nice rate, so we were really happy with the price/value of our experience, Although I have to say the hotel is more of a 3 star than 4. Anyone expecting a a regular 4 star hotel experience might be a little bit disappointed. But overall I do recommend it.

The highlight of our stay was the tour group inviting them to enjoy their party after dinner.

Well worth the money spent to stay in this 2 room suite with a nice balcony.
