The worst area in Italy outside the hotel.
Missery outside the hotel dirty and horrible area around the nice hotel didn’t find an area to walk in that was not dirty or looked like a dump.
Napel is not a good place at all.

This place is across the street from the train station. A literal stones throw, which is great for traveling. We had a Jr Suite with balcony view of Vesuvius. The room was very big and clean. Our TV did not work. Someone came to the room within 15 minutes to check it. It was a bad modem, couldn't be fixed then. He said he could check to see if there was another room. We declined becaused we had almost unpacked & didn't want to give up the view. The next evening the front desk called & asked if someone could come up & replace the modem. Sraff were very nice. We have stayed here before & would definitely stay here again.

Great transit hotel when wanting to get to the airport early morning. Clean, central and within walking distance of some good restaurants. You would expect it to be noisy, but was great.

Great location. From airport can take alibus to railways station. Right next to railway station and restaurants. Large room. Well sound proofed. Bathtub great. Very comfortable stay

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of selection in the morning, although the staff were not always friendly at the breakfast. The hotel was quite nice, very convenient, the rooms were nice and clean and was located very close to the train. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Location was great and right next to the train station! Had some shopping and restaurants near by. Hotel was great, nice rooms, clean and workers were very friendly and helpful! If ever in Naples again, I would definitely stay here. I have to say, the area was good but as anywhere else just have to be careful as it was a bit seedy - some areas/people.

Convenient to train station and our Pompeii day tour pickup point. Our request for a quiet room was granted with an internal balcony room overlooking the courtyard. Slept very soundly. Staff were friendly and fluent in English. Breakfast was great too! We won't be visiting Naples again, dirty, crowded and unsafe but will recommend Starhotel to friends/family.

Fantastic hotel, right next to the train station. Very simple to just walk over safe and convenient. Beautiful rooms, clean functional air conditioning. I couldn’t ask for more. It was a very pleasant day after a long journey.

Loved this hotel and our stay! All convenient, location by train & bus station, restaurants everywhere, our Pompei tour picked us up out front. Parking easy in garage of hotel. Last day we checked out, left luggage at hotel, left car in garage, and out exploring. No problems. Beautiful lobby, we had balcony 5th floor, breakfast included, perfect. Give the place 10++!

Great central location, polite and friendly staff, and great sized room - really clean with a balcony and sky movies. Shower was really hot and had good pressure, far better than any other shower we've had in Italy in the past fortnight. Breakfast however left a lot to be desired and we were unimpressed with coffee and food selection/quality.

2 night stay in Naples as part of a short tour of Italy in June 24.
We picked this hotel.for it's location .....just across the road from Napoli Centrale station. We got a shared cab to the station from the airport for 5 euros each (same price as the bus). We used the station to go to Pompeii and also to travel onward to Pisa. Highly recommend this hotel.for it's location. Lots of bars and eateries nearby and just a shortish walk.into.Naples.

Staying at the Terminus Hotel was great. The room was clean and the air conditioning was good. What’s my favorite about it is the location ! Directly at the central station which was very convenient.

Great if you’re travelling as it’s close to the metro … it’s a lovely hotel as it’s comfortable clean and rooms are lovely. The foyer is huge and great if you want to have a drink and relax outside your room. Staff are lovely and very accommodating. The BIG negative is the filth outside the hotel. Rubbish is everywhere in Naples and it’s such a shame the people/locals don’t seem to care. Also a bit dodgy at night, lots of characters that make it feel a unsafe.

First hotel I’ve ever stayed in that charges to check in before the check in time. €30 and the room is magically ready. Room not as pictured, old, hasn’t been updated since the 80s. Staff rude, knock on door even with do not disturb on.

Well located next to train station. Helpful front desk staff. Decent rooms but the hallways smell like cigarette smoke. Skip dinner at eh restaurant. Bland and over priced. Worst meal I had in Italy. The rooftop patio in the photos is not open for use. You can go up and take a photo but the look of a restaurant up there is deceiving.
