Smoke smell ugh

Cancelled my reservation after i called and prepaid then some random employee stood next to me uncomfortably close while i tried to get another

Clean everything work fine quiet

Nothing this place need to be Condemned if I Would have had other options. I would not have stayed here.

Cocroach in bathroom

the bed was compfortable. TV didnt work, general cleanliness left much to be desired. killed 2 roaches during our stay

Holes in the bed sheets puddle water on the floor i was woke up from my sleep i work late night at 9 am from one of the workers saying they need to fix the ac which was working perfectly fine and my check out time was at 11 they came back at 1058 knocking again never again worst experience ever

The staff was so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Soon as the door opened to the room it was a roach. The whole place just was stinking. People were actually living there with animals. The ceiling had stains, the baseboards in the room looked like they had never been cleaned

Hot tub started sucking water and squirting it around the room and the only thing they wanted to do was to give me towels to clean up the water. Then switched me to a room that had a foul odor, constant beeping fire alarm, and mold and hair coming up out of the drains.

Out of all the motels I've stayed at for work purposes, this has been one of my favorites. They offer clean private rooms, quiet environment, and a friendly, respectful staff.

Reasonable accommodations. Would stay again.

This was the worse hotel, it was misleading. When I arrived there were several police cars, appears an incident occured. I stayed possibly 3 hours, when i tried to eat several roaches came out. I was disgusted took the key back to the front desk & contacted Hotels. Com. I am still waiting on a refund of 90 plus dollars. Over priced ran down filthy roach hotel. Hotels.com you have to be consistent,make sure these places are held to a standard. Not putting their best room picture on and the rest of the rooms are a mess. This is not the first time this has happened.

The room wasn’t clean. Stains on the sheets and blankets. Towels were old and stiff

The room was hideous. Dirty, smelly-the bed coverings were riddled with cigarette burns, as was the toilet seat. I wouldn’t go near the shower. The tv connection was a rat's nest of wires dangling from the wall The outside doors were propped open. Took me a minute to figure it out, but is was being used as a brothel or a crack den or god knows what. I was booked for three nights, but I checked out in the early am and canceled the rest of my stay. I should have left the moment I saw the room. I’ll never use hotels.com again and hopefully neither will my friends. How can you be trusted?

A decent property for the price.

The room was out today the date, the towel, wash clothes and pillow cases had blood stains on the etc. bathroom mate was on the floor wet had to be from previous customer and or tenant. Overall just a terrible stay, hall-away smell like mold or something horrible

Horrible service drom the front desk. Lobby smelled loke mildew and elevator was broken. Light fixture was coming out the wall once in the room. I would have ledt but had already paid through the app and couldn't get a refund.

The “non smoking” room smelled like it was a smoking room the previous night. The bed comforter had multiple cigarette burn holes. All of the staff were belligerent and rude. The staff beat on our door every fifteen minutes for an hour before checkout time, then screamed and ordered us out five minutes before checkout time. As they evicted us out, I left a bag behind. When I came back for my bag a few hours later, they refused to help me and suggested they had thrown it away. I had to dig through the dumpster to retrieve it. As one who has stayed in hundreds of hotels over many years, even by Motel 6 standards, this was the absolute worst place I’ve EVER stayed. It is difficult to overstate how horrific this place is.

The tv wasn’t hooked up. Luckily I’m pretty handy with tvs.

Ok for a quick stay. Rooms were outdated, furniture was older. Bathroom was up to date and nice. Lots of pets and carpet in the hall so the odor on certain floors was not good at all. Environment was a bit uneasy, but nothing over the top during my one night stay.

The door knob to the room was tricky to open . When entered it seemed to smell,towels were fairly clean. Noticed after checking out that my lady friend has swelling from using the hot tub

Grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will never return. Room wasn’t cleaned. Filthy. Hotel smelled of drugs.

It was the most horrible stay every bugs and dirt EVERYWHERE and im from Cali and seen some messed up rooms but this took it i only showered there and slept in my rental car it was that bad

this is worst place to stay… there are much better hotels for the same price

Smell so bad and feel like I was getting bittten

Didn't like the fact that i didn't want to get housekeeping they moved my room to where there's nothing but animals over ther to where i break out eyes puffy and swollen and itchy

I really don’t have any issues except for seeing roaches crawling around and I wasn’t sure if the sheets were changed because I was itching

I stay frequently at this location. The staff is very friendly and have been very accommodating. Will be staying again soon!!!
