We had a lovely night on our travels to Florida! Other than an initial problem finding the correct hotel to check in(it is behind another hotel) it was all good! Room spotless-all employees friendly and helpful-linens and towels all spotless and new and the roses outside beautiful! Best westerns best budget with Sure stay brand!!

This is a MOTEL. It was not clear in the listing. It was clean and comfortable and I would stay again despite my surprise upon arrival. The outside is well maintained with flowers all around. It has been renovated nicely with high quality materials. The tile in the bathroom walk in shower is beautiful! We had difficulty sleeping because of the noise. You could hear everything. Our neighbor left their TV on all night. We were next to the breakfast room and felt like we had all the diners in our room at 6 am. That’s the downside. Also second floor is a walk up.

Always a good stay. Young lady at check in was very efficient and pleasant. I asked to change to a first floor room and she did it immediately without question. Room was very clean. The property is in good shape with several restaurants and very easy access on and off 95. Will stay again

My husband and son were there on business and said the rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Stopped in late night 1am on way back to NJ. Bright parking lot and near a Burger King & chick-fil-a. Not a hotel type as doors are exterior entry. I would enjoy not all the same type of pillows, bigger towels and heat/air you can control better. I was not able to turn it off as there was no off button. Room is set up well, has a tv guide and sink outside the bathroom, which I really prefer. Didn’t have breakfast as I got up too late. Decent stay.

Check in was great! Room was fine other than the shower door would not fully close and should be looked at. Out side the room door were several unsightly stains that shoul be taken car of as well

Right off the highway 24 hour front desk. Easy off and on i95. Free biscuits and gravy’s for brekky and comfortable bed.

We enjoyed our stay of one night at your hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom updated and check in was easy. We did not get a lot of sleep since one of our neighbors left his tv on all night.

Coming off I-95 the property is on the left with a narrow entrance sandwiched between a Hampton Inn and a Wendy’s exit. I missed it the first time.
I’m not sure whether this is a new property or an old motel that was renovated and rebranded as a Best Western hotel. In any case it is well maintained and attractive.
It’s a couple of miles from downtown Manning so eating options are basically fast food. Breakfast buffet was OK.

We were very impressed with this stay. Very clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and had assortment of restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast was more than we really needed. Area was nice and clean. We would stay again if in the area.

The hotel was ok. I probably won’t stay there again. The breakfast was terrible the rooms were opened to the building so it was not secured building. The person who check me in was rude and kept asking me if I had pets and I said no no pets. The worst was breakfast. Had I known I would of stayed at Hampton inn right next to it for same price.

Very clean, safe for a last minute check in. Spotless floors, bathroom & shower area. Very pleasant late night staff, excellent quick breakfast for the road. Only spent a few hours but would stay again!

Property was clean, but the smell of air fresheners or cleaners was so heavy it burned my eyes and throat. The bed and pillows were very hard, almost like sleeping on granite slabs. The bed sheet was on inside-out, and the bed had no comforter to keep warm. USB charging plugs were all broken at the bed. The door was sagging on the hinges, and it took almost all I had to lift up on the door so it I could lock and unlock it. The 110V outlets at the bed were so worn, a USB charger just falls out of the plug, and wouldn't stay plugged in.

Stopped on our way home to FL from VA. We arrived really early and the young lady at the reception desk was very nice, friendly and welcoming. We arrived really early and she had to call another co-worker for assistance since she was new but she was very sweet about it. However, we did not appreciate that her boss was reprimanding her in front of guests for allowing early check in even though they have the option to pay for early check in. The room was dated but nice except for the door not latching properly since it looked like a reused door from somewhere else and not properly aligned. It was clean except for the shower. Overall, we would stay here again if we are in the area.

Courteous desk clerk, clean rooms, and worked with me to give me the first floor.

The hotel is being renovated. That fact was not on the website or I would not have made the reservation.
The shower door needs to be adjusted to stay closed.
The desk clerk needs more training. She would not speak up or make eye contact.
Breakfast was disappointing.
The new parts of the hotel are mostly nice.

I want to say this stay was GREAT! Very friendly, accommodating & most of all CLEAN. The staff was very polite & helpful, one staff member ( front desk) Talasia, is a very nice young lady and went above to make sure my stay went well and to help me out with a double booking. Thank you such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, a d a pleasant smile esch time i walked through.
