Quiet, Single level so no problems with noisy people above you. We have stayed here multiple times, the staff is always respectful and willing to accommodate you if possible, even the other guests are pleasant and respectful so No drama here.
Restaurants, Starbucks, 2 gas/grab and go stores just s quick walk away.
If you want luxury this is not for you, across the street there are multiple options to choose from and priced accordingly but if you want a clean, quiet place to stay where they treat you like family this is it.
PS. The pool is kept immaculately clean and breakfast is always good the beds are very comfy.

Perfect overnight stay. Super clean hotel. Lots of amenities. Loved all rooms ground level/no stairs. Wonderful restaurant adjacent to hotel. Highly recommend & hope to visit again

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was hot and delicious! Staff was helpful and courteous. Location was conveniently located to several restaurants and a few were in walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

The bathroom. It was sure not handicap friendly. I'm 92 years old and had a terrible time getting into and out of the tub (which you must do in order to shower.) The bathroom itself was unusually small. I know people who would not be able to fit in it at all. Not a good experience.

Close to Rt 95. Clean pet friendly room. Easy check in, Quiet and comfortable AC. I didn't stay for breakfast but it looked good.

I feel that adding an extra pet fee is to sleep there , the cost of the remove is expensive enough .

We arrived at the Santa BW much earlier than anticipated. We inquired as to whether or not it might be possible to cancel the Santee reservation and have a new BW res made several hours down the road. The clerk was extremely obliging and changed the reservation with not hassle and no charge. Great service@

The Carpets in the 1st room seemed old & dingy. The 2nd room we stayed in was much better without the carpets in it much nicer😃
