Spend 4 days in the hotel, is difficult to get parking. Breakfast is ok, not the best. Where you eat the breakfast, looks old style like a dinner, didn't appreciate. The hotel room has and old TV too. Holiday Inn needs to make improvements otherwise will loose clients.

No complaints, the room was very clean and almost new. The bed was super clean and very comfortable. I will book this place again. Overall, the price is very affordable.

Check in and check out experiences were friendly and efficient. However, our overall was NOT good. Our room was on the 1st floor and was very noisy all night long with people talking and coming/going. The room was dated, and floors were dirty. My family was awakened at 3 a.m by the police banging & yelling at the door next to ours. An assault had taken place. The situation was scary for my daughter and we could not go back to sleep afterwards. We will not be staying here again. The room was expensive, almost $400. Not worth it at all.

My room smelled stalled. So they changed it and there was a rat running around my new room. It’s funny embarrassing and quite frankly beneath the standard of this chain. I’ll take a refund honestly

First time getting my Dad a handicap accessible room now that he uses a walker. He definitely felt safer in the bathroom using the toilet and shower. We were surprised that we could no longer be in the lobby area in the back by ourselves to eat with our dog for dinner, as we were told people have complained previously. So we had to eat in our room and there were not enough chairs for the 3 of us. When I was not there to help my parents order dinner, they ended up spending almost $50 on a delivery pizza from the service recommended in the room. Yet we saw a man come to breakfast- wait in line with his dog, and eat with his large dog on his lap in the back of the room and no one told him to leave. Enjoyed the sign mentioning quiet hours which should be in all hotels!

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly & the value was good. Shoutout to the shuttle driver, he was very helpful and cheerful even with it being 5AM.

The hotel was clean and neat, a really good buffet breakfast. Could use more shuttle service to attractions though.

Both the Shuttle driver and the check in person was exceptional. I was made to feel welcome. I will stay there again if my delta flight gets cancelled again which is a high probability when flying with Delta.

i felt the unique part of this property was that on each floor they had it posted that quiet time was from 10 p.m.-8 a.m. and that if there were a problem you could call the front desk and personal would handle the situation.
The staff were all helpful and kind. We truly did enjoy our stay and cannot wait to visit again.

Had to lift the toilet handle every time so it didn't continue to run. To busy to clean room upon request. Breakfast was packed. Pancake machine did not work one day. Keyless door was a little janky getting in every time. Very pricey. $300 per night

VERY CLEAN. This was a great place to stay. Close to the airport, although, we traveled by car. I always wipe down everything and check for bed bugs and this room was very clean! My only wish is that the fridge was colder. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Other areas of the hotel were nice!

Although signs for quiet hours, it seemed like a busier weekend and many kids running down the hallway or loudly having convos outside the door. Not sound proof which never could understand why hotel doors aren’t built in that regard, but I understand the costs.
As prices go up, I think updates should reflect them.
Otherwise, good for more families than couples!
