One night in town after flight. Excellent service and warm welcome from reception staff. Room was warm and clean. Great comfy bed and good shower. Next morning we had one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts in a long time. Great selection and hot food was hot and not dried out with proper fresh grilled tomatoes and tasty mushrooms. Bread was also good quality. Well done folks

I think it was good place for the price. We loved the shower, hight water pressure and hot water was hot enough.
People were always welcoming and friendly.
We didn’t eat breakfast there so I can’t tell about the food.

Its location is great if you want to shop, dine and see the nightlife in Glasgow. I enjoyed my stay. Nice hotel and very nice staff.

The hotel was in a great location to explore Glasgow. Near the bus, subway and train stations as well as the major shopping area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were adequately appointed and clean. We had a great stay overall. Highly recommended if staying in the City Centre area of Glasgow.

Great hotel! The staff was wonderful helpful from check in, giving us maps and marking places of interest,to check out, help with a non starting rental car , calling the office and keeping our key as we need to go to the airport.

This trip I was travelling sols as part of a respite trip. This is my favourite hotel as it is best for travel and location.

The young lady on reception was very welcoming. After a busy day travelling it was the perfect way to enter the hotel. She took a genuine interest in why I was staying with the hotel, and I did notice she did the same with other guests.

As an avid theatre goer, this hotel is absolutely the right choice with its proximity to theatres, cinemas, restaurants and also for great shopping choices. The hotel itself has friendly staff yet remains quite informal which I like. Good breakfast too.

Paul on reception was very welcoming and offered to assist at any time, if we needed help, during his shift. Although we didn't require any assistance, Paul's offer and approach were much appreciated.
