Need to look up when cleaning, lights all had cobwebs on them in the dining room, also a staff member dropped a handful of knives on the floor and just picked them up and put them back on the tray without cleaning them

Room was big and clean but had to go through several doors to find it. Bit of a maze. Only about 12 mins walk and in town

Unfortunately our room was very small and not suitable for double occupancy, we couldn't both move around the room at the same time as space was so limited. We had a view of a large extractor fan which was noisy throughout the night. Staff were pleasant and bathroom, though small had recently been refurbished. I'm afraid that based on our experience I wouldn't stay in the property again.

Described as having car parking but space only suitable for small cars- difficult to manoeuvre in and out. Corridors and stairs difficult to navigate with luggage no lift no help from reception. Smells like old people’s home. So disappointed

Great venue. Clean, friendly staff. Location ideal. Comfy beds and great breakfast. Good value for money. I imagine the rooms might get a little too hot if the weather had been warmer

Room was small with a double bed against a wall, tight to say the least. This room should have one singe bed in it.

Basic but has parking

2 night stay for a local wedding. For us it was a bed to sleep, nothing more. Overall the entire building is tired, public areas and rooms all over due new carpets and a lick of paint. The room was very clean, no dust, cobwebs. The linen was very good and the bathroom was also very clean. Sadly the beautiful weather meant no air flow through the window and the room became very stuffy. Staff were impressive, friendly and smiley which makes a difference. Check in was easy. We opted not to have breakfast. Pleasantly surprised at the bar prices, although many top shelf spirits had only a couple of shots, the sign of a penny pincher management. Top tip use the rear car park, much more space. It's a Best Western not a Marriot you get what you pay for. Would definitely stay again

Guttering leaking outside room causing loud dripping noise all night, didn’t have a good nights sleep!

Room good size but it was very hot and didn’t have any air conditioning or fan. Was woken up early by outside noise, think it was staff dragging containers to and from the bins. Breakfast should by included in the price of the room due to the quality of the food.

I really like this hotel, it’s very comfortable and most of the rooms are pleasant.

Great Location close to centre of Leamington , adequate car park with additional on road parking available no restrictions. Converted from 3 large houses so was a little warm as no air con , fan in room a little noisy but ok . Beds reasonable comfortable and shower nice and hot (except for room 27) Staff very pleasant , manager very helpful and breakfast was very good - good quality and tasty . Happy to recommend it although perhaps a little on the pricey side at around £120 inc breakfasts ??

A nice hotel food is average and low staffed, rooms are clean but sometimes small.

The hotel was in a good location for us, we were attending a music event at Warwick Castle, a taxi journey there and back was pretty quick. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, some areas needed a bit of maintenance. Our room had everything we needed. The room was clean and well presented, the bed was comfy but the pillows aren’t! The bar area was nice to sit in with friends when we returned to the hotel. We didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t pass comment. The price is a bit steep for 1 night without breakfast.

Do not stay here if you have allergies. The room had mould growing on the ceiling and stank of mould and mustiness. Do not stay here if you have any allergies.

Very good basic facilities,excellent value for money

No real issue with the hotel, low cost, very convenient to walk into town, clean, decent showers - Just rooms are small and was looking a bit tired. Staff were friendly enough, so no complaints.

Hotel was looking very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The room was clean and the shower was OK. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm a little surprised they call this part of their 'signature' collection.
