I reserved the room with the option to pay once I got the property. 4 days before my actual check in date, the property attempted to charge my card. Thankfully I had my card locked so the charge was not approved. On the day of my check in, someone from the front desk called and basically threatened me that if I didn’t pay ahead of time, my reservation would be cancelled. I paid over the phone hours to me arriving. Once I did arrive, I was then advised that there would be a $100 incidentals charge. I was never advised of that prior to booking nor when I spoke to the rep over the phone that took my card payment. I advised the gentleman at the front desk that I was displeased with my overall experience and he pretty much said that I didn’t have to stay there since I was complaining. I’ll never stay there again. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had.

It was just ok.. staff was not that friendly

The hotel is average. We arrived around 10:30 and check in wasn't until 3:00. They would let us check in earlier for a fee of $20. We were tired from getting up early and so we paid the fee. It just makes me mad that the room is just sitting there but won't let us in early unless we paid the $20. Why?? It's just sitting there. I won't stay again for that reason. I'm sick and tired of being gouged at every turn!

First was at the State St 84 hotel and they eere amazing. Stored my luggage until checkin. Were going to try to get me am early check in at no cost cause i was from a cruise. Went to this place $20.00 for early check in. When i got my room which was a little early there was a terribe smell in my room. Tried to call the front desk with noanswer. Went down and told them about the smell. They said they would aend someone up. Waited for about 0 minutes but couldnt stay in the room. Told them i would go for a.walk for some fresh air. Came back and they said it was fine now. Went up there and rhey just sprayed some really strong smelling spray over the musty smell. Wrnt down again and had to.wait until someone would ome to.my room. He came and said he would move me ao i had to take my luggage back to the lobby and he said itnwould.be 20.minutes to an hour. I was already supposed to hace channged and left. Finaly got the new room with a strong smell of bleach. When i came.back later the bleach smell was almost.gone. when i went to bed i had an early wakeup so tried to call the front desk with no answer. Funally got through and asked for a wake.up call and they said they did nor offer that service. Even in the 70s i could get a wakeup call. Not a good experience

Im stayed 2 nights and everything ok . Very clean and comfortable. The waitress was very kindly.

Nice, quiet place to stay. I had to leave too early and didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, but I appreciated the free airport shuttle.

Room was not ready at 3pm check in. Took 50 minutes past posted check in time. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

I had read some reviews people said the place was dirty and very unacceptable.We found the place very clean very friendly excellent experience!

Breakfast staff server Nasim was absolutely lovely. Front desk staff Ravi was polite, helpful, and professional. I swear this man was probably a retired Fortune 500 CEO. The hotel was nice. We had to stay a week. The room smelled a little after that. Otherwise the breakfast is above others, the parking was right on Saturday night (had to park at the Wawa).

Great hotel! Easy check in, helpful staff, super clean room with plenty of amenities. Everything seemed brand new and you can tell the people that own and run this location really care. I would stay here again and recommend to family!

Airport shuttle service along with the size of the room was excellent.The entire staff was wonderful. The only problem which is minor was the elevator very slow. Lucy for me I was on the 2nd floor so the stairs was much appreciated

Came to town for a concert. Sated over night. Room was very clean, had a very nice breakfast the next morning.

Loved the breakfast. Hasina was so helpful and cheerful. Each morning when she greeted us at breakfast, we felt "at home"! Cleaning staff - excellent. Loved the airport shuttle too. We will be back to your hotel for sure.
