Everything was great

The employees were very helpful and courteous. The first room we got had a piece of carpet that could have been a hazardous situation, the young man in the reception changed us to a better room without hesitation. On the way back home we stayed there again, the first room we got was dirty, again, the other young man who helped us was very concerned about it and changed the room right away. Both of them were polite and efficient in doing their job. I will stay there again if needed.

We use this one on the way to see the dolphins in Alabama every year. The staff is excellent!

First I have to say that Ralph was very courteous and polite helping us check in and solving a problem we had with the room. He checked us in to room 127 which was a bit smelly and part of the carpet was loose. I mentioned to him we were afraid to trip and fall at night and he immediately changed us to a better room. He was always smiling and willing to help. The second room was alright, I appreciate your good service. Thanks! We will be staying here again next week in our way back home!

Very clean. The only problem was with the TV. Stopped working but I was going to sleep anyway. Breakfast was good.

Location was very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, but definitely needs updated.

Both desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast is provided, good variety. The location is excellent for navigating around town.

It was very peaceful will be returning

We were in Pine Bluff for a family reunion. We have been staying there for several years and service has always been good. Only problem this trip was that by 8:15 the breakfast food was running out. For breakfast that was supposed to be served until 9:30 this was not a good thing.

The property is nice and beautiful BUT I don't like how you all charge me again for a room after I already prepaid and then you tell me I need to talk to a manager and I will have to wait 10 days to get a refund for something that should not have happened in the first place. You all need to have people at the desk that are aware of what's going on. My keys to the room didn't work, then I got keys to another room, I walked in on someone...

The service was wonderful. Jennifer was fabulous, straightened out a miscommunication, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, tub and bathroom were slick as an ice rink, and with no mats. We did not touch the sofa bc cushions were obviously soiled by a prior guest. Otherwise, everything was great.

The property was close to everything so that was convenient. But the down side is that the property is outdated after a storm we were without lights no backup generator. And was charged full rate.

The staff was great during check in and out but a bad storm came thought and knock out the power to the hotel all night & morning too...and the hotel didn't have a back up generator nor emergency hallway light to help keep the power going and end up without hot water too during this time too..Maybe they need to invest in back up generator and emergency light for this kind of event happen to keep customers happy and safe...

They charge money ($25) for early check-in. Really . Never experienced this EVER

We were NOT impressed in the least. The bathroom was dingy and was filthy behind the door and had major build-up of grime and grossness. The whole room would benefit from a deep cleaning. They were all out of forks at breakfast. Mediocre accommodation and overpriced for a 3-star hotel. Wouldn’t recommend it. Compared to other 3-star hotels this is definitely on the lower end ans possibly a 2-star rating,

Stayed here for one night. The room was clean and the facilities were nice. I would stay here again.

Booked at part of a longer trip, we were less than impressed. We had booked two rooms last year and had plumbing issues in one room which was handled poorly by staff and management. (we were handed a plunger and told "good luck") This year we gave the property a second chance and they missed the mark! The check in was smooth and the clerk was pleasant. Once upstairs, while making up a sofa bed for a grandchild, I discovered trash and used Q-tip under the sofa. I usually check rooms with a black light and found no major issues other than the need for a good cleaning. My wife discovered the shower would not turn off completely and the floor in the bathroom was wet and slippery. We used a towel to mop it up and turned off the shower. The noise level was excessive. I know it's hard to select guests who have manners, but the wall are paper thin. The breakfast was less than memorable and the tables and floor had spills and and messes that needed attention. Staff seemed not to notice any of it. As I said, we gave the property a second chance and they missed the mark! I will not recommend or stay here again.

I loved everything about my stay.

The staff member was so kind and friendly, despite working both the frint desk and breakfast alone this morning. He is also the one who checked us in the night before. He deserves a bonus or at the very least some recognition for his hard work!

Check in was easy. Had some issues getting hooked to WiFi but when I called the desk the gentleman came quickly and got everything working. Clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Have stayed there before and would stay there again if in the area.

The room was dingy. The halls were extremely loud. The breakfast. There aren’t enough words. The waffle machine and the juice machines were broken. The gravy was gelatinous. The biscuits were like a rocks. The coffee smelled off and the yogurt had been expired for 5 weeks!!! Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. I never write hotel reviews but I had to let others know about this one. The only positive note is that the bed was at least comfortable.

This hotel was 3rd option for 4 rooms. 1st room was bad, known bad, yet given out. Tells a lot about the premisis! Had to change then that room had ants. Room 2 beep noises all night. Room 3 hot, bed poor. Room 4 ok.

There was no hot water in the room. Was traveling and told I need speak to a manager who wasn’t available.

Have stayed here before and the property was the same as before.

My problem was at check in, Hotels.com didn't send a confirmation number therefore Comfort Inns didn't have a reservation booking for me although I showed the clerk my email showing that I had a booked reservation. Fortunately for me the hotel had a room available for my stay.
