The property is a touch dated BUT the location to beach, restaurants and shops is great!

Good customer service and friendly staff

First I payed for xtra for a ocean view well I got put on like the 2nd floor with no view palm trees blocked everything when I asked for a better view it was much more money to move up floors to see the view I payed for. The building is really old and out dated they refused to accommodate or refund my money.I didn’t sleep at all because peaple were walking by talking loud music construction till 1 am right outside its as if I was sleeping outside. The breakfast was trash like a bagel some fruit and coffee . I finally managed to get a refund after staying up all night so we could move across the street to an actual hotel with great breakfast and service the resident inn Marriott and it was about the same price lol

It’s very conveniently located near a walkable area Clearwater, with reasonably priced dining options close by. The room and the bed were clean; cups for morning coffee more missing. The parking area was clean and very convenient. However, the place has a slight rundown appearance to it.

The hotel was nice. Rooms were small but they did the trick. Was not impressed with the face that my car was booted with in a half hour that I was there. They need to be better at making sure they know when to boot a vehicle.

When we first arrived the first impression was not good at all, it looked very sketchy. The parking lot is tiny. Didn't see the value in the price we paid. The actual location is great, right in front of the beach. Many restaurant options and gift shops around us. The room they gave us at 1st was literally a box, it looked and felt like a jail cell. It was even hidden in a small hall. This was not the picture we saw on hotels.com. We went to the office to get help and they said they had another room but I would have to pay even more money but actually my credit card statement shows they charged more. The next room was way better with a great view and right next to the pool but still not worth the price. The door would get stuck and it was difficult to open and close. At those prices I would've stayed at the Hyatt next door. They said there was a bar at that pool and there was but not one time did I see an attendant. I was never able to order any drinks or food since no one was there. The elevator looked like it was going to break and smelled bad. One night we couldn't sleep because in the balcony across from us people were playing loud music outside all night and nobody did anything about it. The next night we couldn't sleep because the fire alarm went on for about an hour for a false alarm. We had fun at the beach but this was not the best hotel experience. It looked much better online.

Fairly affordable for Clearwater. Beach is right across the street. Very nice pool On second floor of hotel.

The hotel is very old, the pictures needs to be updated, because you see something different when you arrived at the hotel, the bathroom had mold, we requested to be change, but the new room and bathroom also had mold. We left the room service sign, but nobody came, before made the reservation I called them to ask about the breakfast they said: continental breakfast that include eggs, bacon, pancake, coffee etc, but eggs and bacon were never served, the only good thing is the location…

Location was good, but spend the extra money for a better quality stay. This one needs to be torn down.

Stayed multiple types. Great value, lots to do. Awesome location. Restaurant/bar on 1sr floor. And pool for fresh water swim after hard day at sea

Nice place and walkable the ocean is cross street I like it I have a good time

I am in my sixties and have traveled extensively. This is a the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. It is old, unkept and unsafe. Twice as I was taking a shower, the water turned scalding hot and burnt my chest and foot. I could not get any cold water or even warm. Same thing happened with the sink faucet, which was filthy and falling apart. Only one light in the room and the light switch was broken so we had a hard time turning off and on. The filthy curtains would not close all the way. They were falling apart. We were in room 204 and the bar across the street had loud music playing until 1:00 am. To top it off, we saw 2 spiders the day before checking out. Beds looked clean and were comfortable. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Needs lots of repairs. Sliding glass doors do not lock. There was long hairs in the bathroom and very dirty wall by the bathroom sink.

Frances at the front desk is darling. We were not happy with our first room assignment and requested a change with a beach view which he accommodated for a little bit more money

I loved the convenience of the location, directly in line with the beach and the boardwalk and all the attractions. The price in comparison to some of the other Hotel was much more economical. The pool area overlooking the Bay was beautiful and amazing in the morning time. We had an Amazing room overlooking the pool and the beach at the same time. The morning views were spectacular. The only other comment I would make was in relation to the room , while the room was a great location. The patio french door was not locking properly, and there should be another garbage container in the room But the biggest infraction was that coffee maker? It's cheaply made an there needs to be a better unit in there with kcups. other than that the amenities were great,The staff was friendly and responsive , the breakfast adequate, the pool great, the beds were super comfortable amazing night sleep, will definitely book again!

Beach view for oceanside was fantastic. Easily walkable to eat, shop and do activities. Elevator is not air conditioned but otherwise fantastic place to stay at!

Would stay again great view. Clean has a little kitchen 2 rooms.one for the beds and diningroom with kitchen.

Close to the beach the only thing we did not liked was the elevator it was to slow but it was located in a good area close to restaurant and stores.

Location of property was great-close to shopping and beaches. Property itself is very run down and needs updating. The room we stayed in had mold in the shower, and the floor was sticky and lifting in places. The property does not provide daily housekeeping, so we had to request fresh towels-but when we asked they didn't have any. Finally, the bar across the street has live music nightly but went past midnight most nights. Overall, would visit the area again-but not this property.

it was at an excellent location. Everything was in walking distance. Low price, you get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable. Needs a litle TLC. Service were very nice. Wish we could have used the pool. Rooms need a little decore.

It was extremely dirty around the building and difficult to find the office to check in. The first room wasn’t even cleaned from the previous guest. They gave us a different room and there were bugs in the bed so went across the street and booked a room in another hotel. Only positive was the closeness to the beach and the shopping around it.

This place is absolutely horrible. I recommend not staying here. Dirty, unclean, old and needs to be upgraded.

Great hotel for a budget, walking distance to Pier 60, free breakfast is good with bagels, English muffins, coffee, juice and fruit. Pool was clean and great, you need to ask for room service a day in advance, nice restaurant bar with life music across the street

Made reservations and when we arrived they had booked all rooms had to find another place to stay last min and they did not provide a refund!!!

Loved it will def be coming back

Property was in a nice location right across the beach. It could use some upgrades and cleaning but you get what you pay for.
