Gracious, lovely hotel with excellent amenities, warm and responsive staff, and in a perfect location for getting around Charleston. We loved having breakfast each morning, followed by wine and snacks in the evening, and freshly baked cookies before bed. Coffee, tea, cold drinks, fruit, and candy available all day. Sitting by the fireplace in the lobby sipping wine and reading a book. Just perfect.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and customer service was exemplary. Ben and Kim went above and beyond taking care of us. We loved the milk and cookies in the evening. We had a lovely room with a sitting area and balcony. The only con and it didn’t affect our stay is the furniture is a bit worn and dated. Other than that the hotel is beautiful and its a wonderful central location in the French Quarter district.

This property is beyond awesome. I was here on business so we didn’t stay long however right in the middle of everything. They have complementary cheese, cold cuts, fruit, olives, crackers, bread and wine from 5:30 to 6:30, they have complementary cookies and milk from 8 to 10, free breakfast snacks on top of the check in encounter just an overall perfect place.
The rooms were huge, clean so classic I loved it there so much looking to book in December!
The customer service was to another level, so accommodating, pleasant true professionalism.

This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We were so exhausted from having such an early flight, and the hospitality upon arrival was above and beyond! We were invited to partake
of the breakfast spread while they checked to see if our room was ready. To be able to walk in and rest—so much earlier than expected—was an incredible gift. Each day felt the same: amazing breakfast (I still think of those popovers), access to water or coffee or tea all the time, and excellent comfort and amenities in the room itself. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help, and the location was top-notch; it was literally steps away from the market and amazing restaurants, and it provided such a respite from the heat. Thank you for an amazing stay! P.S. The cookie reception was peak comfort food!

Relish and Kim really cared about my experience and were the true definition of Southern Hospitality. However one of the bellman was unfortunately extremely rude. He literally blocked my exit from the elevator early one morning and refused to move. Then made a comment to me as i maneuvered around him as he entered the elevator.

This place was way more than we expected. Very elegant, wine and cheese, as well as warm cookies and milk for guest to help them relax before bed. Room service breakfast, pillow service where you order the types of pillow you want for the night. Will stay again if back in Charleston.

The French Quarter Inn is one of the nicest hotels/Inns we have ever stayed at!
Beautifully laid out with staff that are 2nd to none.
Amenities were great! Breakfast, afternoon wine and cheese reception and port to finish the evening!
The location is right downtown overlooking the city market.
We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the staff went out of the way to ensure it was a lovely stay which included a room upgrade and champagne.

This was our first stay at the French Quarter Inn and we really loved it! Everyone we encountered, from the valets to front desk, and housekeeping was super friendly and eager to help. Our room was very clean throughout our stay, as was the entire hotel. The hotel was at a really good location for walking to a lot of good dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing hotel! The staff were so helpful. Champagne upon check in. Water, tea, coffee in the lobby at all times. Wine and cheese evenings and milk and cookies every night. It was more than we had expected and more. Also very close to major attractions. We walked around everywhere all within 3-15 minutes. Just absolutely wonderful. HIGHLY recommend a stay here. Would come back here again. Thank you so much for the memorable stay!

What a terrific hotel that total exceeded expectations. The front desk had everything we needed from dinner recommendations to beach towels. I still can't believe the happy hour and breakfast that was included.
