We have always stayed at comfort suites but after Mansfield we will definitely not do so again. Everything was crap. Bed hard as a rock,breakfast horrible. Rust on all fire equipment. Just not what we have come to expect. Especially when we could have stayed somewhere else for half the price and probably enjoyed it more. Tried to talk to management and were treated like trash. Was told no management available. Go figure. So yea. No more comfort suites.

Hotel was quiet and conveniently located near a shopping area. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Free breakfast was good and offered several choices.

The toilet was clogged the first night and the front desk gave us a plunger to unclog it ourselves.

The hotel was conveniently located for the purpose of our trip, the staff was friendly and the hotel was generally well kept. The main complaint is the room smelled like cigarettes when we first walked into it. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she said “We have a strict no smoking policy” I said I knew that, but the room still smelled of smoke. It didn’t seem to be as noticeable when we remained in the room for a period of time (I guess because we got used to the smell), but each time we left and returned, it smelled just as strongly as the initial time.
To be fair, we did not request room service, but the receptionist didn’t seem overly concerned since “we have a strict no smoking policy” seemed to be her best line of defense.

We did not end up being able to come stay here because my dad passed away and in my brain fog and shock I forgot to cancel my reservation in time. We booked this through hotels.com and they let us know it was up to the property whether they would refund our money or not. We were extremely surprised and even more grateful that they quickly refunded 100% of our stay within 24 hours. The management of this hotel really showed True Heart and compassion and we will be forever grateful and are definitely raving fans.

We had bugs in our room, and when asked to switch rooms, was asked if it could wait until the next day and they would have house keeping look at the room. Room smelled of smoke as well.

I was in Mansfield visiting my granddaughter and was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great and the service was kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Check-In process was slow. We were the only ones checking in at 2:00a and even left a message via the app and still took longer than normal. We were very tired after 10 hours of driving. Could have been more efficient. Room was very musty and the smell was not pleasant

The only issue I had was my toilet was very loose. The front desk person was very kind and helpful.

I went to check in and no room were ready. I was told it would take about 3 hours before it would be clean. Waited in my car in the parking lot with it being in the 90's outside for a good amount of time. I tried cancelling my stay and they didn't allow me to. So I paid $130 to sit in my car in the heat and never once was told I could wait inside until it was ready. So due to the lack of courtesy and cares for guests, I went somewhere else.

I enjoyed my 1 night stay at Comfort Inn in Mansfield. It was quiet, clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and a pleasant stay for my family and I. We didn't have any issues with anything, It was convenient and in the center of everything. We would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Price was much less than the hotel we stayed in the previous two nights and the room was just as good as the higher priced room. Very clean and comfortable.

The property was a nice space this was my second time staying here. First time on the 3rd floor and this time on the 1st floor. Room was okay could have been cleaned better in the bathroom. Also on the bathroom where these little tiny bugs that kept coming out by sink and bathtub not sure what they were. Breakfast was descent and staff was nice.

Property itself was adequate for my trip - there were a couple rowdy locals that came to the parking lot when I got back to the hotel late one night. No major problems but definitely a nuisance. Not the fault of the property- everything else was fine.

The six nights my sister and I stayed at the hotel 🏨.we can’t say enough. As we both said awesome. Our room staff breakfast time . We will stay there again. And recommend it to our other relatives and friends who are about to visit relatives who live in Mansfield and Dallas . Kudos. Thank you .

Was clean quiet staff was great! Did not have much vending mostly all drink vending machines were empty. But other than that great stay!

Our AC made this awful noise every time it kicked on. The hotel had a bad smell throughout. Breakfast wasn’t edible and there were no options. This stay should not have cost me $170. There were no hooks in the bathroom and no shower dispensers.

Can’t say enough about this hotel! Clean, comfortable, close to restaurants and shopping. Came for a wedding and needed early arrival to get ready. They went above and beyond to have our rooms available early. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Room spacious, clean, and quiet! Close to highway but never heard any road noise. Breakfast good. Friendly, efficient check in and out. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
