They was all right the room was clean but the TV didn't show up well and the refrigerator didn't work

There were blood stains and hair on the pillows and sheets. The staff changed the room, but the sink in the new room was blocked.

This is the third time I have stayed at this location. The staff there is one of the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They are wonderful people.

Everything about this hotel was above my expectations. The room was very clean and beds were comfy! The breakfast had excellent choices and the lady in charge of the breakfast went over and above to make sure we were taken care of. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This was a very comfortable stay. The room was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed and everything was clean.
The woman who does the breakfast was just as nice as all the comments we read said she was, and the breakfast was very good. It was probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve had that came included with the room. There were also a lot of gluten-free options, which was great. The young lady who checked us in at the front desk was very sweet and she even called to check that we got into the room OK and that we didn’t need anything. While the hotel was affordable, it was a little bit more than the other options in the area. However, it was worth it. You definitely get what you paid for. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are passing through.

Had to change rooms due to pet odor. 2nd room much better. Pool was closed which should have been disclosed before I got room. I would have chosen a different hotel with a nice relaxing pool.

Tried to go for a short walk, but ran into some shady people laying around the sidewalk, loitering. So we had to turn around and go back. Other tan that, experience was great.

Service staff were awesome, breakfast was real scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. They all take pride in their work and it shows

Wouldnt stay again. Friendly staff but mediocre/below average in every way. Booked for the pool/slide but slide was broken and the tile in the pool was so slippery it was scary. Room smelled like cigarettes and we listened to neighboring rooms baby cry all night.

Staff at this property is wonderful. Great variety of breakfast items. Room was very clean. However the entire reason my family booked a trip here was because of the “water slide” and pool area. Which were not in working order when we visited. Kids were very disappointed after driving for 10 hours. Rooms are older but it’s an ok place for a night in the road.

Pleasant check in. Room appears to be very clean and it's spacious enough for 2 people. The shower wasnt very powerful and not much in hot water, just warm. Had to set the a/c to 60° to get the room cooled down.

We stayed one night with a pet. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean and the beds were comfy. It had a nice area for walking the dog. Would stay again.

The king bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The pool was nice (the slide was out of service). The breakfast was very good with hot choices ( scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, oatmeal, waffles) and cold choices ( cereal, yogurt, fruit) and even breakfast egg, sausage, cheese wraps pre-made ‘to go’.

This hotel was perfect for our needs but the highlight was the sweet woman running the breakfast. She was sooo wonderful to us and our kids and the breakfast was delicious and fresh.

No one was at the desk upon checking in but they had a buzzer. Took a minute for someone to come. Upon checkout, no one was at the desk and no one came out when I buzzed them, so I just left. That was the only downside to this experience. Everything else was great.

Booked this hotel with the sole purpose of using the water slide and pool. Water slide was broken and pool was freezing cold. We were in room 209. Our sink took several minutes to drain and our tub handle was literally hanging on by a thread. As I was bringing down stuff to the truck I passed the front desk and the clerk was like you forgot this. It was my wife’s purse. I told them we hadn’t even checked out yet and had more stuff up there. Completely ridiculous! They need to get their stuff together! Do your self a favor and stay somewhere else!!

The only reason we stayed at this hotel was a slide at the pool. And it was not working during our stay. There are much nicer hotels in the area. The hotel was very dated and dirty. We will not be coming back.

Showed up to check in with my family (including 3 kids) after driving for 7 hours and was told they gave our room away and they were full! We made a reservation weeks in advance. The manager was rude, didn’t care and showed us the door. STAG AWAY!!

All the Staff was Very Nice :) Tks.. Would have got all 5's if pool slide was working.. I would take the pool pics down until working!!! Also paid for a jetted tub room, had to give it up to get closer rooms to the rest of the family!!! No compensation??

Best Western is my go to hotel whenever I am passing through Salina. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, fresh water and hot coffee are always available. Thank you for another great nights sleep!

It was ok - I picked it because of the water slide for my children and that was the wrong choice. It barely had any water coming out of it, so it didn’t slide at all. There was also a lot of maintenance cones and damage in the pool area. The water was freezing in the pool and there is no hot tub. Room was fine and clean. Overall, would not go back.

I was very pleased with my stay at Best Western in Salina. I flew in from Boston, and the staff at the hotel was very helpful when I had questions, cleaning staff was very kind, the atmosphere was very friendly, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salina, and I’ll be checking into this hotel the next time I’m in Salina!
