It was the perfect location for a wedding at the country club. Excellent service and accommodating an early arrival.
The toilet backed and thin walls were the negatives. The price was worth those inconveniences.

We stayed here due to price point and convenience to surgery center. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the location of our room .... next to the freeway. For the most part it was quiet until 530 when the start of rush hour happens during the week. To be expected with the location of the hotel. We'd stay here again but maybe ask for a room away from the freeway.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk personnel are nice and helpful. The AC in our room was leaking I tiold the front desk and immediately they assigned another room, they even moved our lugagge. The breakfast was good, you also get coffee and tea in your Kcup maker in your room. They also have coffee and tea 24/7 at the lobby, fresh ground coffee.
It was a short 20 mn drive to Seattle main attractions. The rooms and areas were very clean. No complaints.There is a pancacke house next to the hotel which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, we ate here on the first night we arrived, the food was really good made to order, they even offered us a 15% off when we told them we were going to check in at the Redmond and gave us 3 more coupons for our stay. We loved it and would stay here again.

Reasonably priced motel with comfy beds. Room was a bit drab and A/C had a bit of an odor Ed that was bothering one person in our group with asthma. Desk staff very nice. 24 hour coffee machine in lobby. Breakfast room crowded; food ok (boiled eggs, bagels, waffles); they actually closed about 5 minutes early one day; person working there not very pleasant. We were on the top floor based on reviews so the only noise we heard were the construction trucks backing up in the AM.

**Hotel Review: Convenient Location but Some Drawbacks**
We chose this hotel based on its high ratings and the convenience of visiting Seattle using public transportation. The location is indeed great for visiting Redmond and the Microsoft campus. However, we found the hotel to be a bit outdated. The windows were poorly insulated, allowing us to hear nearby construction and traffic noise clearly.
Another downside was the smell from the garbage containers on the premises, which made sitting on the terrace by the pool unpleasant. Additionally, the bus ride to Seattle took about an hour, but this should improve next year when the light rail station next to the hotel opens.
On the positive side, the breakfast was good, offering plenty of fresh fruit. One more small negative is that the hotel has yet to respond to an email we sent them.

Super convenient location for concert at Marymoor Park. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, beds were comfy.

Its an older but nice/quiet property and conveniently located. A good value compared to the more expensive hotels in the Seattle area. There is a pancake house that is almost directly on the property (that has delicious food!) and a few other restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were a little larger than an average hotel room with a mini fridge and sink. They also have a coffee machine in the lobby that makes lattes/cappucinnos etc.

The first room I was given was not cleaned and had the previous peoples left over clothes and stuff in it. The 3rd night the AC unit started leaking water on to the carpet. I left the next morning

The itself was good, although NOT the handicap I wanted. All of the area around the building was under construction so it was difficult to get around. If we had known this, we would have chosen a different property.

Great location for the nearby concerts in the park. There is some road construction ongoing nearby as of August 2024 which may cause some noise, but this is nothing to do with the hotel and is easily slept through

I had a pleasant stay for 4 nights. It's unfortunate that there is construction on nearby roads / structures due to Sound Transits continued snail's pace of progress, but I don't hold that against the hotel as there's nothing they can do about it.

Went to Marymoore park to see Lee Brice and decided to stay for seafair weekend, Alki beach, and Pikes Market. Check in was a breeze, clean room, AC was fantastic. We were on the 3rd floor in the second building and the elevator didnt work for the majority of our stay. Stair well was hot hot hot!! Overall it was a good trip.
