Manager is amazing :)
4.0
We rented through VRBO but the actual unit is managed by East-West Hospitality. We only knew the exact unit we were getting about a week in advance. We found East-West Hospitality easy to work with and the location was good. A quiet complex in a gated community and if the conditions are right, ski-in/ski-out access. The bus service is very convenient, picking you up right in front of your unit for transport to Centennial Village.
As a family of 6, this unit checked the main boxes for us - quiet, 5 beds, a table to seat 6 and room to gather in the living room. However, unit #152 is dated. Honestly, the unit needs a remodel starting with the floors. Carpet in the bathrooms, around the toilets is just gross. The appliances are dated and some need repair, such as the toilet that took an hour to refill after a flush. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishware but was missing some critical items such as scissors, a baking sheet and a coffee pot that actually fits in the coffee maker. Also, the furniture was not the most comfortable.
Overall, we liked the Ridge Point Townhomes because it was a good location and size for our family; however, the particular unit we stayed in was below our standard. For this reason, we are rating our overall visit at a 4.

This is our second time staying At Ridgepoint in Unit 113 a “Standard townhome” - an affordable/well cared for spacious home. I would recommend new mattresses and non-stick pans to the managers. Overall we love Beaver Creek and Ridgepoint is easier on the budget!!

Large, nicely furnished, very clean facilities. Outstanding overall.
One thing that could have been slightly better is an explanation of the the shuttle system. Maybe it is written somewhere and I missed it.
Staff was supremely nice. Usually stay somewhere else, but it was booked up and gave this place a try. Wife liked it so much---and she is particular---- that she wants to stay here instead in the future.

This is a stay there again location. Friendly staff, clean, spacious and well appointed quarters. A real plus was that the transport to the Beaver Creek ski area picked you up at you door step and dropped you off the same. Highly recommended

We enjoyed unit 113 at Ridgepoint - property is well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. Great location and shuttle bus made it even more convenient to get to/from the village for skiing. Nice to have cable with HBO and wi-fi access too.

Family and I (8 total plus baby) stayed at townhome for almost a week early August 2014. We loved it. Very spacious 3 bedroom with loft, free wi-fi & cable, fully equiped kitchen, and washer/dryer. The property also has heated pool, spa and tennis court. Townhome is actually on the Beaver Creek Mountain and the view was just awesome. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Townhome was very clean when we arrived. Complimentary shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village was a major plus. The shuttle even picks you up at your front door. LOT's of hiking/biking trails around townhome subdivision and Beaver Creek Village. Town of Avon is just minutes away. We loved the additional privacy and space of a townhome over a hotel room. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

The Ridgpoint Townhomes are great. Awesome location, very spaciouse, clean and with
the free valley transportation the perfect spot to enjoy Beaver Creek.
We have been in another condo in the same complex two years back and since they are owned by different persons/organizations you end up with different configurations, facilities and equipment provided with the appartment (books, kids toys, snow toys,...). But the staff in the management office is very helpful and willing to help out if anythig is missing.

Very spacious, well kept condo. Worked well for our family of 5. Only negative for us was the lack of a better hot tub/pool.

Great location, free shuttle to lifts every 20 min, more modern than the pictures even look. They have everything from spices to extra blankets in the unit. Would stay again no question

We stayed at the ridgepoint townhomes in December 2012. It was a very nice townhomes. The property is very well maintained. We had a spacious living room with fireplace. The kitchen was decent size, complete with all the appliances you need for your stay. During the very chilly winter, the property had all rooms heated and we went into shower without being afraid of cold. We had 2 small children travelling with us, and they enjoyed the spacious home. Not to mention, wifi is free and if you dont have a car, theres a free shuttle that pick us just right in front of our townhome. Overall, it was a very good experience and value for money.

The location was perfect, near Beaver Creek Village, only 15 minutes from Vail. The town of Avon is 5 minutes away with plenty of dining choices. Our condo was a bit outdated but was clean and very comfortable.

These condos are located conveniently on a gated community next to Beaver Creek. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I went there with a group of friends and now I would like to take my family there.

The staff was very accommodating if you could find them! If you have a problem, good luck finding somebody at the front office. They are not there on the weekends! Although almost everything in the place was new, we still had problems. Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Very convenient place in Beaver Creek close to Walmart and City Market (local grocery store).

Felt very comfortable and at home with many amenities available to me. I would definitely return on my next visit, and I recommend the Ridgepoint Townhomes.

This was our second stay at Ridgepoint. We loved the location and the condo was very spacious. The door to door shuttle service was great. We would definitely stay there again.

We rented 2 - 3bdrm/2ba/loft condos for a group of 16. We were all very impressed with everything here! Both condos were clean, cozy, and the best part was that it was a short drive or shuttle ride to the village. The rates were very reasonable for what we got as well. Highly recommended!

This condominium complex is well maintained and an excellent price. Our condo was 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, and had a sleeping loft with queen bunk beds. It was clean, well kept and very nice. I would recommend to all!

We stayed for spring break with our 5 children. With 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a bed in the loft, we had plenty of room. The kitchen was awesome and we were able to prepare many meals "at home" which was nice after a long day skiing, tubing, skating, etc. The shuttle was very convenient and prompt. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent a week at Ridgepoint for a fall hiking trip. Nice place - spacious, very well furnished, convenient location. One catch - beware of the "golf course view". There is a view of a golf course, but beyond it is a view of a lot of development and the ever-present Highway 70. Worse yet, in-between you and the golf course if the main road into Beaver Creek - LOTS of traffic including frequent trucks and buses, so LOTS of traffic noise. It's really not bad with the windows closed, so I'm sure it's fine in the winter. If, however, part of your vacation is sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee or a book and enjoying the serenity of the mountains then, well, the "golf course view" might not be the best choice (we actually asked to be moved to a different unit farther back from the road but were basically told "no" because "nothing else is clean" and, besides, "everyone likes the golf course view").

I enjoyed staying at the property. The condo was beautiful, clean, with all the possible amenities you could want or need. I would go back in a heartbeat!!!!!! Fantastic. Had a wonderful time
