My wife and I make a yearly trip to Great Falls to visit family. I was born here and love this town. However, over the last few years we've noticed the quality of this hotel go down hill. Little things over the last few years have added up until this most recent stay where we: -didn't get any fresh towels, and when we asked for some, we were told we had to get dressed, bring our towels down to the front desk, and then they'd supply us some -didn't get any additional pillows despite us asking for only one additional pillow -poor service -the room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke, despite us staying in a non-smoking room -the mattress was uncomfortable and left my wife and I with sore backs and hips every morning -havent had any room service/cleaning for the entire week we stayed. Also, my wife started having a reaction to something in the room. The only other time she had a reaction like this was when she lived in a house with mold issues. When we complained about some of these things, they blamed corporate policies, and covid (it's 2024...) We absolutely won't be staying here again. We were hoping it'd get better due to its location. But it seems that won't be the case.

The only complaint is that the room smelled a like musty .

Jenn at the front desk was wonderful. She addressed my concerns, always greeted me with a smile, and offered helpful suggestions. Eric was professional, remained calm under pressure (there was a water leak in another room; he kept the hotel informed and it was fixed quickly). A big plus to us was the green space in the back of the hotel that went down to the Missouri River. Picnic tables, benches, playground, great to walk your dog, and you could even get in the river.

Unable to stay, they were overbooked so just provided average rating. Staff a bit snappish when we arrived and told us that they oversold and no room for us, but I suspect they were overwhelmed at the time. They were very helpful when called to have my room charge removed after charging me.

It is clean, reasonably priced, convenient. Stopped here multiple times passing through. Nice spot on the river.

Floor drain in room was clogged, weren't able to shower, asst manager was of little help

Budget hotel but ok for short stay.

I liked the room it was small and quan. I just wished there breakfast had more choices.

Staff was great and when I checked out early they actually gave me a refund for the night that was booked. Only reason I did not give a five rating was the first night the fire alarm malfunctioned and woke me up twice. 11:40pm and 1:40am

Definitely not a 5 star property, but it is clean and comfortable. My last stay the check in was painfully slow, but I’m guessing the lady was new.

We couldn't get the breakfast as it was promised. Breakfast stuff was finished before time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to someone who is considering free breakfast.

This is a clean, quiet hotel in good proximity to good restaurants. Great for a one night one the road stay.

Expected a breakfast but ended up with basically nothing!

The keycard maker was broken, so staff had to run a round letting guests into their rooms for 2 days. What a nightmare for them! It quadrupled their work, but they didn't complain and were more than happy to help. Jose was amazing. He gave us a discount on the room for our troubles and did everything he could to ensure we had a great stay.

The hotel was nice enough, waited 10 minutes to check in as no one was at the front so I phoned the hotel and was told I would have to wait 10 or 15 minutes as he was working on a maintenance issue. We went for supper and came about an hour later and checked in with no problem. The hotel is in a quiet office neighborhood by the river and the trail system. There are some nice restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. Unfortunately we arrived late and left early so we didn’t get a good opportunity to explore the hotel or Great Falls. I would stay here again.

As I walked into the hotel, someone was outside, smoking in a non smoking area. It turned out that it was the front desk person. I couldn't get a key to my room because the key machine.

There is only one entrance in/out so you had to park on the other side of the hotel to get in. Other access doors were for emergency use only and not accessible. I didn’t feel safe walking around the hotel to get in. The machine that makes your cards for your room was broken so the front desk person had to let you in your room. They were so busy opening doors for everyone so you had to wait. I felt like I was being detained and under lock and key. I came for business and the internet was not working and when I called I was told there was nothing they could do because of the weather. I contacted someone at hotels.com because I wanted a refund and I was told I had to take it up with the front desk…..the people that were never there because they were unlocking everyone’s door. I will NEVER stay here again or recommend this hotel branch! And your customer service is very poor

I felt bad for the staff, they were scrambling because the card maker for the doors got fried in a power surge. They were very busy letting visitors into their rooms which made them frazzled at times. The room was clean I was disappointed with coffee and a packet if oatmeal and a packaged muffin. This is not what I consider a continental breakfast.

Advertised as free breakfast and it was a coffee service with muffin. Not even good coffee or muffin😏

Fire alarm went off 3 different times in the middle of the night...the hallways smelled like Marijuana. People were up and being loud all night long. It was the worst night of sleep I have ever had!
