Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.clean, but not perfect. Room had some serioues problems with noise isolation. I had to sleap with ear plugs. Dont expect to sleap well.

Overall I cannot fault the hotel from checking in to checking out, everything was great. There was a big variety of food, lots of fruit and affordable drinks with the meals. Good service too. Pool area very nice. The only negative comments are: the room's floor was not very clean, the daily cleaner did not clean the mirror or glasses; young guests made a terrible racket all hours of the night, but they were dealt with quickly when I reported it to reception (at 4am). It would be nice to have a coffee machine or just hot water in the bar area to have coffee before breakfast or at other times. The reception staff was so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice staff, but be aware that at the dinner time even at is a half board no drinks ,even water no included in your meal -you have to pay for that and it is quate non reasonable price.. Over all it is just a 3* hotel

Very clean, close to the beach, the staff are excellent and vary helpful made our stay there very pleasant. I recommend that people try this hotel.

Overall price/value OK and not more. We stayed here for 5 nights and feel the hotel is not suited for a family travelling with young kids who especially need a good night rest. The location and hotel itself is a like a pilgrim for young foreign/local students who are very loud at night partying or fighting. After 2 nights of almost no sleep because of the noise, we complained to reception and luckily we were able to switch rooms to the 7th floor. It was slightly better for the noise coming from outside but still noisy. We decided to just endure it for the remaining days. Upon leaving, at the very least we expected to a question from the same receptionist if changing the rooms helped but nothing, no thank you for staying with us or courtoisies. At the very least the hotel should uphold a strict policies concerning noise at night to the guests. The Good: - OK breakfast, good hygiene, good free wifi - good roomtemperature (airco) - closer to the beach (less than 5min) - about 15min away from airport (by taxi) - close to restaurants and shops (less than 10min by foot) The Bad : - squeeky bed - very noisy neighbourhood (outside and inside) at night and early mornings

Had a lovely stay. Beds a bit annoying...creaky frames but staff excellent. Food plentiful and in general great all round.

It was completely hot (32 degrees) and the Hotel does not have air-conditioning (Klimaanlage) or Fans (Ventilattor) in the rooms. We tried to book a fan several times but there is not enough available. As a result, we have to sleep with the balcony opened but the noise of the disrespectful guests does NOT ALLOW YOU TO SLEEP...when it is 3 in the morning (3 AM) some guests arrive and sit down at their balconies wih loud Music and making a LOT OF NOISE! And you also can hear the streets very loud at early morning (4-5 AM). The bathroom is like an oven: very hot with no Windows or air circulation. A disaster! The breakfast was very limited and with low Quality: a couple of fruits that made us feel upset. The hot dishes were with low Quality. The dinner was OK but the Overall Quality is poor. They offered us a wine (9 euros) that was bad and sour. The Hotel requests you not to drink water from the tap, but they do not offer water anywhere. Instead, they offer a Fridge for 39 euros. There is no ice machines available and no Towel Service for the beach or the pool. If you are travelling to Mallorca with Family and Kids, Forget this Hotel. I have seen a couple with Kid trying to book a Fan and they were quite desperate about it but there was no one Fan for them...not the Hotel for Family. Even if you are going with friends, I would say it is worth to look for a better Hotel. Makes me sad because it was not cheap for having such bad Quality.

Hotel is in good location, few minutes walk from the beach, supermarket is just cross the street. Reception and restaurant looked quite nice, but rooms are little bit older, no AC. We stayed there 7 nights, last 2 days before our departure was the cleaning very poor, cleaning lady didnt even make up the beds. Food was fine, nothing was missing, a lot of fruit. This hotel is for sure good value for money.

The Spanish young people changed the hotels rooms to pups or bars. In the nights, there are noise and we can´t sleep. The staff didn´t give us the breakfast pack.

I went with my wife and child. We had a great stay and a really good time. The room was spotlessly clean and was cleaned everyday, our housekeeper Juana made an amazing job.Despite the cleanliness, the rooms are too too hot, so we had to get a fan from reception which costs us 10€ for a week and an extra 10€ for deposit (refunded after returning the fan). This would be almost a solution if the fan wasnt that noisy, so we end up not using it as much as we needed.We notice that Thursdays and Friday nights are quiet noisy, so if youre a light sleeper.. take this in attention.The staff doesnt speak much English, so prepare yourselves to improve yor spanish skills.A part from this, we had a great time. The hotel is 5min walking to the beach, or if you prefer you can always use the swimming pool. :)

The hotel was clean. The food was good. It was near the sea.. The disadvantage was that there was no air condition in the room.

hotel not fantastic from outside but once inside bit shabby but comfortable and very clean. Could be very noisy at night but bar at hotel closed round midnight but quite a bit of noise from outside. While we were there only one other english fasmily and this could be seen in the meals tended to be catered for the german, dutch and french. Overall we had a good time and would probably go back.
