Whatever company you have doing your reservations needs to be replaced!! I couldn't stay at your facility because you had no record of me making a reservation. Don't count on me in the future!! If I didn't have family in the area, I would have had to sleep in my car. Never again

Room was obviously smoked in. Definitely not a 6 person suite. Had to get another room. Continental breakfast was pathetic. Won’t stay there again or recommend.

When we booked the site said we would have a coffee pot in the room, there wasnt one. We did try to request one and never recieved one.

Even though the “hotel” is labeled Days Inn by Wyndham… it was a definite MOTEL
The tub was very dirty and I only know this because I sanitize everything and I did not have enough wipes to CLEAN the tub.

Shady characters and obvious drug activity. Stained mattresses and dirty bed linens. Supposed go green program would only allow clean towels every three days. Never anyone at the front desk and when they were, they were very rude and argumentative. Awful experience!!!

The outside door needs to be repaired. There was a large gap at the bottom of the door where it was to meet the sill.

The walls were extremely thin and i could here the room next and their entire conversation all night. 1am all i heard was the baby crying. Breakfast was crappy sweet food. No protein. No cream cheese for the bagels.

We booked a suite where they basically linked 2 rooms and had a sofa bed in the other. The other room was part built. AC didn’t work. Sofa bed wouldn’t turn into a bed. It was horrible.

Property needs to be maintained. The room stated non-smoking, but we could tell people still smoked in the room. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

No elevator. The environment around the property smirked of urine. The area close to the reception was mostly affected. Guests were seen walking around almost naked. A lot of chain smokers carried out the habit in front of their room. We didn't sleep in the hotel.

The size room I had reserved, they did not have so i was given 2 adjoining room. The one had a toilet full of feces that was plugged and 1 bath towel. There was soap on the bathtub so you could see it wasn't cleaned. The second room had no toilet paper. I'm supposed to be getting a refund on the room, but unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.

First off, the staff, especially front desk, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were clean but there were a few gnats, possibly being so close to the pool, but very clean for a motel. Beds very comfortable and great shower pressure. My only "complaint" was lack of any protein options for breakfast.

It looked like they were trying to better the property. They have a ways to go with the rooms. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. There was poop and the toilet was plugged up they came and unplugged it but did not clean it. Breakfast is only from like 6 to 9:00. Very inconvenient

The location of the hotel is very convenient, but the experience was poor because of:
- people actually living at the hotel, they were very loud until very late at night;
- door would not open with provided card;
- terrible smell at the rooms;
- sink drain was clogged;
- breakfast very poor, no juice or water;
- pool not heated and dirty.

. The room given had a very strong cigarette smell as though someone recently smoked and the room wasn’t aired. The receptionist moved us into another one, which was great. Room is clean, and so is the bathroom, so couldn’t ask for anything more.

We showed up to stay the weekend and walked into the room dead cockroachs on the floor hair stuck to the bead side dresser room was horrably cleaned would never even think about staying there again the staff was quick to void the stay we went across the street and stayed

I really enjoyed staying here however, they are very stingy with their towels in bags and they will try to argue you down about not getting any more towels In the outside, pool is very cold freezing cold other than that I enjoyed my experience

Room was filthy! clearly had not been cleaned from the last guest who occupied it, judging by the toothpaste in the sink, the dog hair on the bed sheets, the hair in the shower/bathtub, dirt on the floor, and the room WREAKED of cigarette smoke! ( “Non smoking” room) no towels at the pool area…we were told by the front desk to use the towels in our room and “hang them up to dry and reuse them” children of people who live there and pay weekly occupying the pool area without parental supervision, beer bottle caps all over the property, cigarettes burns in the blankets, the list goes on…For 80.00 a night, I wasn’t expecting the Hilton, I did however expect our room to at least by clean! I’ve see other reviews about the lack of cleanliness and management commenting that they’ve “looked into it” and they clearly have not…house keeping staff obviously needs to be fired and replaced with staff that wants to work

I was bit by bed bugs I handled it very well and had spoken with the manager I was supposed to be refunded for one night of my stay but yet to have received the refund. I usually have good experiences with Wyndham hotels like days inn but not this time, manager was very nice but I never have received my refund.

Unfortunately our room smelled heavily of cigarettes. We left the door open 15m to air it out a bit but it still lingered. The shower curtain smelled strongly of cigarettes. The staff are EXCELLENT.
