Pro's: Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Con's: Very loud aircraft noise (planes take off right over hotel). Not located in a nice neighborhood ( no services within walking distance) very limited parking, breakfast was just ok, internet very choppy.

The hostess was awesome and very helpful with shuttle and taxi info as well as places to eat.she ordered a taxi for our very early morning flight.

Cleaning is after second day... it means that the firsta day they will not clean the room.... No safe box and non safe perception around hotel. Services very friendly....

They dint even provide drinking water in room. Tooth paste, you need to ask for it.

Conveniently located close to SFO and car rental. This was a perfect stop when my flight arrived after midnight and I had to head out early the next morning to rent a car for a longer trip. Clean, comfy, and easy check in.

I love the whole staff at Atrium Hotel, they're very friendly, I really feel welcomed with my family there, they're very caring and helpful. All the front desk staff make sure that we are comfortable and get whatever we need to make our stay enjoyable. The owner good hospitality and professionalism reflects in his whole staff performance. I highly recommend Atrium Hotel to those who need a place to stay whenever you visit the Bay area.

Very nice people, good room!

In general, it's a good modern hotel for its proximity to the airport and 101 fwy, and you get a no frills, no thrills experience worth the price. Parking is free within the building. They offer a shuttle to the airport which is like a 6 minute drive away. Highlights: Room size is big and clean, includes microwave, fridge and a comfy bed. A/C works great too. We had no complaints. Noise: Unfortunately, we got a room which had the window facing the departure path of planes out of SFO which flies 24/7. The plane noise kept me from sleeping but I got ear plugs which solved that problem. You might want to ask for a room that doesn't face the airport. Breakfast: Not bad in terms of diversity (hot waffles, cereals, toast/muffin, Activa yogurt, very sugary juices, coffee, apples, sausages and eggs. Eggs probably not real egg and made from a powder mix. Sausage was bland but edible with Tepatio. All in all, good value good amenities.Good if the location works for you, strategically. Overall, if you are sensitive to airplane noise, take caution.

Nice place close to SFO. Parking is difficult if you have a full size PU truck or SUV due to height clearances and space. Clerk at the front desk was exceptional. Breakfast was good. Neighborhood was sketchy. I would stay here again without wife or family.

Clean, reasonably spacious, overall a really great value for a space near SFO. Breakfast was included - nothing fancy, but good. Only suggestion for improvement is a bit more water pressure in the showers.

Good Hotel close to San Francisco. 5min walk to CalTrain station and 15 min walk to BART Station. Large clean rooms and good parking possibilities. Breakfast ok. Plenty reastaurants in San Bruno.I can recommend the hotel.

Do not stay here. There is an additional charge that the hotel can change at any point and is not listed in your reservation charges.

Great location right next to the airport. Clean. The great location is also the downside as planes are coming in right overhead throughout the night.

got stuck in a noisy room and they gladly moved me to a more quiet one on an upper floor.

good convenient location for all areas. door latch was not functioning properly. My room was not locked when I returned at night. Management was informed of this matter and suggested that the staff who made the room didn't check the door was secured before leaving.

Advertised shuttle, had to pay 30.00 Uber to get to the mote from airport, because shuttle was not running

During our stay we felt very safe and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The room was clean and the beds were perfect. I definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Love this hotel as it is very affordable, the rooms are very clean & comfortable. I will return here always. Breakfast is every morning which it always a plus. Also, location quiet & safe.

We used this as a stop over after a long haul flight before we began or holiday. We took a taxi from the airport and it was less than $20 which worked better for us than waiting for the shuttle. The next day we took an Uber back to the airport to pick up the rental car $17 dollars - so we saved a days car hire charge. Worked well for a mix d family group in a 2 bed “suite”.

It was such a sweet little place in the perfect location!
