It was clean but small. Beds were not real comfortable. Breakfast sausages were not good at all and the cable connection horrible.

Had booked a Days Inn in Vancouver once. Apparently the name is the same as the dump they provide! Got to my room, first thing, toilet paper roll holder broke with a piece on it trying to hide it. Next no wifi in the room. Third the tv volume woudnt work so I called down and the guy told me all I have to do is get the box from behind the table and unplug it and plug it back! Umm excuse me? No. I’m paying for the room everything should work. Not to mention the tv that has worst resolution then a rock. And then the biggie. Not sure how or why but the lights on the bed frame and plugs woudnt work if I layed a certain spot in the bed! I wish I would’ve got a video but if I rolled around it would be like strobe lights. Never EVER staying in these dumps again! They should be shut down!!!!

They gave me another room as the air conditioner/heating unit was making a loud humming sound and it would not turn off so they gave me a new room. they were very accommodating,

First room we got, it looked nasty. Went back to the reception and ask for another room, nothing even close to what's on the internet. They gave us another room that was better but still in needs of some upgrade. The tv,fridge and table lamp wasn't working, ended up finding the problem, bad outlet in the wall. It looks like it could use a major clean up and upgrade. Personally, we will not be going back to that place.

It was nice but a bit noisy, could here kids running upstairs and couldn't use the pool or spa the saturday evening, too many people using it, looked like a party in the pool section.

The room was fine, if not a bit warm when we arrived. The bathroom was dirty, and there were live bugs on the spare roll of toilet paper.

Day's Inn staff were wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable and we had a good Continental breakfast the next morning. The only negative, should have some kind of anti-slip mat in the tub/shower, extremely slippery.

Furniture in the room was rather beat up making the room look unkempt. Couldn’t depend on the restaurant being open. No tag for the door to tell them not to come in your room.

Parking spots are way too small for modern vehicles. I was not supplied with coffee supplies my first night nor my third night despite telling the front desk my situation after the first night. When I told the lady at the front desk she seemed to make it sound like it was my fault for not telling them the night before. They also did not supply a bath mat the third night for the floor when I showered.

The beds were clean. That's about the only good thing. When we arrived, the family next door let us know their car had been stolen on the property that afternoon and multiple cars broken into. The hotel looks like a horror movie from the 1970s. There were people in the back lot on lawn chairs having a party. The hot tub had an inch of scum on the top and beer cans around it. There were buckets under the AC units. The "window" in our room looked out into the hallway so people could look in. To top it off, the next morning, another car was stolen and we woke up to a destroyed tire. Does no one from the head office visit this location?

Urine smell in stairwells. Dim lighting failed to obscure the scuffed walls and stained carpets. Dingy breakfast room with lights hanging from exposed wire and the lack of whole foods made for a totally depressing stay.

Room was fine overall. However, there was no coffee creamer, no stir sticks. The body wash container was empty Fir all of these I had to call the reception to replenish. Since they did not check for thee prior to our checking-in, I was not sure how thorough they were in changing the sheets and all the towels before our arrival.
Parking was not easy to get and my attempt to go around the parking lot led me to a dead end that was difficult to manoeuvre out of.
At checkout, when I told the front desk representative about these deficiencies, they were attempting to make them look like it was all nothing and not valid complaints, instead of receiving the feedback and promising to do better for all the future guests.
Överall, I was quite disappointed after paying $175 for one night’s accommodation.

The hallways were lined with carpet and most of the interior building envelope seemed outdated. However, the room was good, clean with a very comfy bed

I had an expereince with a housekeeper where they tried to barge into my room after i had said no thank you several times. I had to physically close the door and if i did not have the latch on they likely wouldve seen me half dressed as i was still in bed when they started knocking. As a single female traveler this was very alarming. I know he heard me say no thank you as he responded "okay" and then proceeded to try to come in anyways. I felt very unsafe. Along sode this I requested a late checkout time and they kever approved or denied it so i did not know when i jad to leave by. Some positives were the brealfast was decent and the pools were nice. The rooms were pretty standard for a hotel, and the staff at the front desk were friendly.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay. Unfortunately one of the outlets was not working and charged additional fee for my pet that was not indicated at time of booking with Expedia. Indicated pet friendly .

Property is dated. No elevator to upper floors. I had to "upgrade" to get a room on the ground floor, because those rooms have king beds and I only paid for a queen. Parking spots allocated to ground floor rooms is nice.

The room was left to be desired had a smell but the room itself was fairly clean. Breakfast was terrible powdered eggs that were over cooled then put into a warming tray with water at the bottom of it. Sausages looked like they were boiled then put into a warming tray also. Not fit to feed a starving dog. Will not be staying here again
