Parking is a bit of a lottery because limited space. The air conditioning controls did not work and quite cold !

Good location, but don't expect a quick breakfast

Nothing special. Did what it said on the packet. The bed was clean & comfy, but the television do not work & the carpet could do with a good clean. Breakfast was a bit of a hectic and might be worth staggering people as we were queuing for a while and the food not very warm by the time you sat down. Overall it was okay but quite pricey for what it was, glad it was just one night.

Overall a very convenient and comfortable stay. The only negative was the juice at breakfast which was undrinkable.

Too small family room( 2 adults and 2 kids), and too small bathroom and toilet. Family room should have more space . Need more cloth hangers. We stay only 1 night so its ok to bear, but if more than 2 nights,it could be terrible experience.

The hotel was really nice. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very friendly. It's not too far from the city centre and there are a few eateries nearby.

Good location to get to the centre of Bath walking.

I have stayed at this property quite often its so easy to walk into Bath city centre from the Hotel, its comfortable, clean, affordable and all is good

Cleanliness of room was good to begin with but unfortunately the daily cleaning of the room wasn’t up to standard. No toilet brush was provided - not normally an issue if the bathroom is cleaned every day. It wasn’t. Bed wasn’t properly made - the duvet was just tucked in but sheets not straightened and floors not vacuumed. We were staying for three nights so would have expected a better cleaning service and for tea and coffee supplies to be replenished daily. Our room was comfortable and fairly quiet. Breakfast was ok and situation was fairly convenient. Had a lovely meal in Indian restaurant across the road. Parking seemed expensive for the situation away from the city centre

Longer walk to heart of City than anticipated.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were very spacious. We had an issue with our hotel key, but this was sorted quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was included in the price. We went down at 9:40 a.m., and much of the food had run out. They replenished it once asked, but this took a little while. It would have been better if this was checked during service. Parking is very good and cost £15 (we were there for only one night)until check out the next day at 10:30. Overall, the stay was good, and I would recommend the hotel, though maybe not for breakfast.

Property is nice. Short walk to town. Limited paid parking on site (don’t recommend moving your car if you don’t have to).

Clean and quiet.. not too far from the city centre. Would stay there again.

Great hotel for our purposes, but not impressed with the breakfast: no eggs by 7-30 am, and no vegetarian sausages, unless I wanted to wait 15 minutes :/

Staff exceptionally friendly and always someone available. Explained any queries we might have had and ready to help. Bus service very good into Bath Centre. Would use this hotel again if in area.

A fantastic hotel if you are wanting a city break to Bath. Under 20 mins walk from the train station, 10 mins to the shops and about 40 mins to The Boathouse (if you fancy a go on a katakanu/sup board/boat cruise). Special hotel shout-outs to Adrien and Olivier (for always being cheerful) and Kira (for helping us stealthily get hot chocolate in the evenings! 😉).

Had no big expectation but were surprised at the overall experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, washrooms are clean. Staff were excellent from front desk to the restaurant. Parking on the property is a huge plus. I would happily pay the 15 GBP to not have to go look for parking elsewhere.

Great location easy walking distance to the city. Staff were extremely helpful, hotel was great value for money, clean bright & airy.
