The directions to your location were wrong and it took us forever to find it. Also, we didn't like how you have to stay for 5 days to get fresh towels or the bed made. Paying this much money we should have fresh towels and our bed made. The room was very nice. Breakfast was not very good.

Everything was phenomenal - we slept very well throughout the trip. The only thing we would ask, is on the first night, we noticed someone came into our room, when the gentleman at the reception said they would come on Wednesday to replace the towels etc.
We will surely be coming back next year and really appreciate the service.

My only suggestion is the bathtub floor can be very slippery! Suggest doing sometime make it safer. Otherwise, great stay all around!

My family enjoyed the park next to the property and playing on the play ground that was very convenient for our children. The front desk ladies always greeted us with a smile. Falcon Point is a destination we will return to again.

That was a very nice stay. Very friendly and helpful stuff, everything there is to make people's stay very comfortable. Free barbecue on Monday, free movie on Wed., garage for parking - all of this was a very pleasant surprise besides other pluses of this property.
The only thing I did not like it is a constant chemical smell in the room that they might use for cleaning the carpet. If they would eventually replace the carpets with laminate or tiles that would be a wonderful room to stay! overall, thank you a lot!

Great place to stay and really like the kitchenette. The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean and large. The only minor thing I didn't like was the size of the bed. I'm pretty sure it was advertised as a queen but it was more like a full sized bed. Other than that I would stay here again but book a room with a king bed.

Having the kption to bring food or go out was terrific. The park behind thr property was a very pleasant surprise. Pool/spa area was wonderful.

What a hidden gem. The property is in great shape. The location is PERFECT for walking all over Avon.
We found great restaurants, a great liquor store, bike shop, and the Nottingham Lake is right out the back door.

Studio was perfect with fully stocked kitchen with a dining table. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Very comfortable for a 2 night stay. No AC but left windows open and it was pleasant and quiet.

We were pleasantly surprised at how great this place was. Booked last minute and found it at a great price as well. 2 bedroom condo came with an amazing view and everything was clean. This is a very family friendly place. Our kids played table pool and table tennis, enjoyed swimming in the pool or staying in the hot tub. Our view from our balcony had a nice playground in the back and the lake is amazing. Great for swimming, fishing, paddle boating, volleyball etc.. The trail by the river is also very nice. Everything you need is walking distance. We cannot wait to come back here again and again. Also the staff is very nice, we got everything we needed within minutes.

Great place to stay if you want to ski at Beaver Creek. You can easily walk to the lifts or catch the shuttle right by Falcon Point condo.

The property says that its a hotel, which is not, the cleaning service is only once a week and only to throw trash away and change os towels, other that that they dont do anything, also its so full that they never have hot water, we had to MICROWAVE the water to get a bath! We love the location, price & ease to jump on a shuttle to go ski. But the hot tubs are horrible! Last year we stayed there and one of the hot tubs wasnt working...didnt think much of it then until we arrived this year with the same hot tub STILL not working & to top it off the other one had something wrong with the jets! The worker at the front desk wasnt very receptive to helping get it fixed either. She gave the excuse that theres no one around to fix it but she put a call in. BTW- It was never fixed while we were there...maybe next year they will be?

Nice place, clean, room has kitchenette, good for a small family or bunch of friends who don't mind sharing close quarters. There's also a workout room and pool and hottub. The hottub was a bit dirty. Otherwise, everything was good. Oh, no housekeeping service on Saturdays(???). Not sure why. I was just a single traveler, so it wasn't a big issue, but this seems odd.

It is spacious and very reasonably priced in the heart of Avon. Staff was wonderful, including providing helpful information about the resort, transportation and local interests. Clean and comfortable lodgings located next to the park and walking distance to restaurants and other shopping. This was a far better option than a cramped hotel room. Only additional item would be providing floating lounges for the pool.

We rented a studio, which was adequate for two. It was on the second floor toward the back. Very quiet and clean. The underground parking was nice in the hot days of July. Nice Continental breakfast on Saturdays and a barbecue on Mondays was nice. Nice pool, but no shade over the pool although nice, shady seating areas nearby.
Close to bus stops, next to Huntington Park. Lovely location. They even have a ceiling fan and an extra box fan in the closet for warm nights.

We recently stayed here this past weekend and we had a great time. The place is clean and the staff is very nice. Danielle and Clay were amazing with giving us information about how to get around and upcoming events. I would highly recommend anyone visiting this area to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

The property still cleans your room unlike some other properties. In addition, the property is focused on a friendly environment that allows you to get rest if needed or head out to Vail. Great place if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing environment.
