the photos hid the current state of run down flea bag hotel. The only thing good about it was cost and location. I will stay elsewhere on next trip to area and would not reccomend this to anyone

The room was big and clean. The guy at the front desk with the glasses was also very nice and checked us in early. Everyone was nice and they had a comfortable lobby.

Walking out side to get the room not inside and if it’s raining be prepare to get wet. No communication from front desk to the room . Good service from airport to the hotel. Price include the ride

NOPE! When we arrived at the hotel to check in, I instantly knew this was not a hotel we would ever revisit. We were only staying one night so I wasn’t looking for fancy or lots of amenities. But when they were selling condoms and thc products in the lobby, I debated on even staying but we had nonrefundable reservations. The room was clean enough for one night so we stayed. We were going to shuttle to the airport but were in no circumstances leaving our vehicle there for a week. The photos online do not look anything like the lobby.

The best way to describe my overnight stay is: unbelievabley pleasant!!! Everyone helped me at a time when I needed it!! I'm definitely going back when I fly to FLL again!

We checked in and the people were super friendly, but after staying here after a night, I started getting these weird bites all over my body and so did my fiancé. I didn’t bother to pull up the sheet because I was too scared to find out there was actually bedbugs but after doing much research, I realized I was getting eaten alive just laying in the bed.

The lobby was area was in pretty bad shape.

The free shuttle from hotel to and from airport/ cruise port is a very plus. Staff are excellent!

I was a very high maintenance customer and they treated me great, it was my first trip to Florida ( actually my 1st trip anywhere in a long time). Right off the plane I was so lost. They talked me through how to get to the car rental place and then how to get to the hotel. They were very patient as I was so lost. My 1st night was great. There restaurant was under renovation but they did have a good "food truck" in the parking lot that made it convenient to eat. The next day I missed my flight home, It was 11:00pm and I thought I would have to stay at the airport for 17 hours until my flight. I had turned in my rental car so I thought I was sh*t out of luck. I decided to call the hotel to see if they could help. Sure enough, they had a shuttle bus pick me up and bring me there and set me up for the night. They really saved me. I appreciate all they did for me and I will stay there again when I come next time.

No Kleenex in the room. Also no coffee. No restaurant or cafe. We are here to go on a cruise and they do have shuttle service to the ship. But we do not have a car to go look for our meals and my husband is diabetic.

Stayed pre and post cruise. It was perfect. Free shuttle to and from the airport and cruise port

We notified the front office of the extremely loud motor or pump noice going all night long. Couldn’t sleep through the noise. They were going to look into it and he back with is. No one checked it out. Also, no phone service at all. Not even for emergency purposes, upon checkout we said nobody should be given room 225 due to the noise. They just laughed it off, told us to write to Expedia to complain. Also asked got a copy of our final bill, showing credit for deposit to be refunded, unable to print me one. We were going to book this hotel next month for an even? We won’t ne doing it, and telling our friends not to book it either. Not happy with the front desk people responses.

Hotel was dirty and had varies species of bugs IN THE ROOM.

We were looking for a place to escape the storm. This was a convenient lower cost place. I did not expect much and little was delivered. Housekeeping was right on top of things. Short drive to beach.

The stay was comfortable. The room was clean no problem with the hot water or plumbing. This place was suitable for our needs.

Practical due to proximity with airport and dining options. But building is old. Hot water was not available in the room, network signal is also week in the bedroom.

Drug dealers on property. Rude staff. Room smelled like drugs and cigarettes. I want a refund!

This hotel is a good option for flying into and/or cruising it of FLL. Staff is very friendly. They provide shuttle transportation to and from (verify times). Rooms were spacious.

My keycard stopped working and instead of helping me fix the problem, the staff told me I should call my friend whom I'm staying with in our room and ask him to open for me. Not very helpful at all.

Would recommend for transfer night
