Heard a lot of noise from neighbor rooms. Our room was dirty. The bathroom and shower were not cleaned. We complained and the hotel assigned us another room, which was somewhat better.
At the restaurant, we waited more than one hour for our food. They explained they had some problem in the kitchen, still charged us full price. It was almost midnight, my kids fell asleep while waiting, and ended up not eating.
We won’t stay in that hotel again

This is an average hotel. It's not bad but it's not amazing either. The staff is EXCELLENT! They offer free shuttle from and to Guarulhos Airport and the service is excellent. Check in was easy and the front desk staff is super helpful. It includes free breakfast with very good options. The negatives are that the room seemed to need a little upgrade (some mold in the corners of the bathroom), and there was a pretty bad smell coming from somewhere (maybe the air vent) that was really upsetting. Bed was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again but only if needed.

Just ok for a stay near the airport. Not super clean but in the new wing we were comfortable enough. The shower faucet came off in my hand and there was almsot no water pressure. Breakfast was good and airport shuttle on time. Soviet-level check-in efficiency.

I first stayed here due to my flight being delayed and my airline booking there. I later booked an additional night as my flight was leaving at night and i was informed that the hotel does not do late check outs although i would have gladly paid as i was happy with my room. The new room i moved to was far below the standard of the first room. I know it was a different category but the quality not the same. Otherwise the service provided was good and i would stay again, just careful with whi ch room I stay in.

Great Rooms, facilities and overall the hotel was nice. Check-in was slow, seemed like they had a huge group arriving and technical issues with their printer, I recommend they work on automating the check-in to make it easier and convenient for guests.

Big and clean room at this hotel with friendly staff. The hotel works best for people between flights as the location is by a large road and, you cannot really walk to any shopping or restaurants.

The hotel is what we paid for. Basic and adequate and close to the airport. Not in a great area but not too bad either. Room wasn’t very clean, specifically the shower

Gave it a second chance and it was even a bigger disappointment. Tv remote not working, they never replaced after I called. No hot water, frozen shower! Mold in bathroom. The worst: toilet was clogged, not flushing!
The only saving grace was the airport shuttle waited as I was three minutes late after so many inconveniences. Never again!

Photos are deceptive as it looks a lush forest but in actual location is the side of a busy highway. Room didn’t have tissues and the safety door lock was broken. Only two flat pillows on the bed.

The location is very convenient because the proximity of the airport. The traffic is bad. You have to count for that to don't miss your flight.
The shuttle arrived late, some of the guests had to take a taxi to the airport. Other than that, everything was excellent!
