Good stay. Very convenient access to Boston Logan airport and the nearby rental car center. Walkable to multiple restaurants in the area or the t-line to get to downtown Boston within 10 minutes or so. Hotel is a little dated, and the soap dispenser in the room was out of soap. But would definitely stay here again.

Check-in staff was not attentive or friendly. With four staff at the counter, one was actually attending to a guest & the other three didn’t greet Mr, nor did they attempt to check me in. The one staffer took care of me after she finished with the prior guest. She even commented that she’s obviously the only one working.

I mean - it was an airport hotel but the carpet needs to be replaced and the food was very so-so. Not great.

We traveled to Boston to attend a light display at the Franklin zoo, which was absolutely amazing. The hotel was clean, staff friendly. And the breakfast buffet was outstanding. I highly recommend the made to order omelets. My only complaint would be. I did not realize how close the hotel is to the airport. However, if you need a hotel close to the airport, this is your hotel!

This is my "go to" hotel when I need one night near the airport. So far, it has not disappointed.

Someone tried to enter my room at 7am. Good thing I had the extra inside lock on the door. Then someone called and hung up the phone around 10:20am. Definitely not very relaxing with all of the sleep disturbances. Also, the shower spout kept breaking.

We paid almost $900 for two nights stay I was highly disappointed the price didn’t reflect the service or quality We had a faucet in the shower that was crooked Both chairs were broken upon arrival The signed was the absolute worst ever experienced The phone was broken for the first day One pillow for the sofa bed was provided The pool was disgusting the chlorine smell was so bad-again it didn’t scream $450 per night The evening reception used to include alcohol-nope I was also charged for a Shirley temple-no refill It was cantaloupe cheese chips hummus carrots and celery ranch dressing It was incredibly sub par for an evening reception and such an expensive hotel The breakfast was ok The waffle makers were so so old we burnt our waffle so I had to clean the maker to use it Incredibly underwhelming

I realize that ifyou have a shuttle access to Logan Airport every 15 minutes, the hotel is probably near the airport. But while trying to sleep for the few short hours we had before flying back to the West Coast and hearing a plane take off every 10 minutes or so? It was distracting when we were watching TV. But when we tried to sleep, it was a deal-breaker. Especially for what we were paying.

Nice hotel near the Airport. Feels like a maze driving in and leaving, lots of turns. The hotel charges you $65 a night to park your car and if you are traveling it is $45 a night after the first. Extended parking was costly, but so is the airport.

The parking is only valet for 60 dollars a day. Parking should have been included.

Close to Logan Airport the rooms are quiet and spacious with separate sleeping and living room spaces. Room service was helpful and food came quickly.

I’ll never stay at an embassy suites again.

Had to book our night same-day and ended up paying quite a premium. Always appreciate the free breakfast - and their omelet bar was a nice surprise. Rooms were fine though the AC in one was extremely loud when it clicked on or off - which it did about every 10 minutes. Sleep was not great. Definitely not worth the surge price IMO. We booked an apartment for the other nights our our trip and slept much better.

It was only one night but very clean and comfortable stay. Convenient to the airport.

Just a few things. When we got to checkin last night, front desk staff were talking amoung themselves. I waited at the counter, put all my bags, suitcases down and then the guy said "oh, I will take you down here". Making me reload up and move my stuff. I commented "why didn't you say that before I sat everything down?" I got a "sorry along with a giggle. We drove a rental car to the hotel, the parking lot guy was so rude continuously telling me to hurry and move my vehicle. I had to have my family take my belongings up to the room so i could move the rental car before returning it to the airport. The parking guy made me move it twice and was not kind. Room was adequate. Older finishings, pull out sofa was horrible and there's no way an adult could comfortably sleep on it. 6am this morning, staff, assuming housekeeping were yelling back and forth to each other. This woke my son up who looked out the door to confirm it was staff. At checkout, I again walked up to the desk and staff just ignored me when I asked about checking out. Finally I was acknowledged and told to "just drop my key". There was no thanks for staying at $400 plus a night or nothing. Finally, the shuttle arrives. The driver disappeared. We waited, finally loaded our own bags into the shuttle and continued to wait for an additional nearly 20 mins on the running shuttle with no driver. He finally comes back, hops on asks what airline and off we go. Again, no acknowledgement or good morning from staff.

Perfect location! Transportation for train across the street, easy walking Little outdated but beds are soft. Place was clean. Let the front desk know Up front when you want to check out. We had housekeeping try to wake us at 830 am again knocking at 10. I thought we paid till 11 but they started knocking at 830😒.

Property promotes a high-class destination combined with convenience to LGA. However, the cost is one that does not match the received service.

Very convenient when arriving at Logan and very close to the Car Rental Office. The room is very spacious and provides all the necessities plus coffee! The rooms are getting a bit old, but are still very comfortable.

We had a nice stay here after missing a connection at the airport. The made-to-order eggs and omlettes was a nice upgrade from the usual. The free coffee was pretty lame, but you can buy better coffee from the Starbucks onsite.
