Really enjoyed our stay at ax ODYCY. The food was the best we’ve had in an all inclusive before and particularly enjoyed the alacarte restaurant which we got to experience during our stay. All the staff we came into contact with were supper friendly and helpful. Definite recommend.

This hotel is a great choice. Very good location of high standard. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The food, the service in the restaurant was excellent and a lot of different choices. The rooftop pool is amazing. We were satisfied with all the facilities in the hotel.

Overall good stay, staff could have been more helpful. Adult pool was very nice.

Highly recommend! We stayed here for the first few nights after our long trip from Australia, and it was the perfect way to settle into our European Summer. The hotel is beautiful, with a fabulous pool and gym. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever experienced. There isn’t a lot to do in the area, but enjoyed a walk along the promenade and the local eateries. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Hotel was lovely. Staff were helpful & friendly. Food in the buffet was tasty & always hot. The speciality restaurants were great especially Minoa on the roof. The pools were good & it helped that there were age restrictions for the different areas. There were always sun loungers available & wasn’t the early morning scramble. Our only complaint was the music (largely dance/house music) blared out all day & night round the middle pool & bar. Either mix it up or turn it down!

Wasn’t expecting much but we thoroughly surprised and enjoyed our stay! However, watch out for the beach towel police lol

This hotel is a perfect stay for families, great pool area and amazing restaurants. I stayed here with my 4 year old and it was great, the restaurants have soft play so you can enjoy your dinner. There isn't much around the area and the location did let it down, there also isn't a sandy beach, just rocks so not great for small children. The only thing I would say about our room as you can still hear some noise from outside. The air conditioning is also very noisy. But if your looking for hotel to chill then this is a great choice!

This property was absolutely gorgeous with a great view of the Sea. The food was amazing and the opportunities to eat at different places at different times of the days made spending a day out easier. You knew there would still be food or drinks available to you.

Beautiful and very recent hotel (1 year) Pool view is absolutely stunning, lots of restaurants with the hotel ! Highly recommend if you are looking a for 5 day getaway with kids or without !

Very helpful and polite staff. Would definitely stay here again. Good location. Need to get up early to get a sun lounger . Stayed in July hotel was very busy.

great hotel. the only thing we werent happy about was the noise from the pool ie the animation team trying to get everyone to dance, sing or zumba but they were so loud shouting and it went on for ages. We had to move

This hotel was basically all-inclusive. They had plenty of pools and dining options for my 4-day stay. The view from my room was amazing. The staff was amazing and very nice. I will definitely be back.

What we liked: - room with sea view - dinner with daily changing food of high quality and taste (half board) - friendly staff - quite new interieur/hotel (2022) What we disliked: - rooftop pool closes at 18 o'clock and you are not allowed to stay there (complete nonsense) - always music playing at the pool so you can't relax - staff during breakfast and dinner time is very slow at cleaning and preparing tables

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and the waiters were all polite. However the only downside was the breakfast. There was not many options and I noticed some cross contamination between the eggs and the pork which as a Muslim made me uncomfortable. Other than this, the hotel was amazing, the Junior suite was so spacious and the balcony view was beautiful. The bed was very comfy and I loved the decor with the big mirrors. I hope to be back one day. Thanks

Hotel was very good, food was delicious, Branded drinks were available in the bar as well as a good choice of cocktails. Staff were friendly, helpful and work very hard. Enjoyed visiting the Greedy Monkey gastro pub and the Italian restaurant. Evening entertainment was a musician in the bar, some nights definitely better than others. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Positives: Cleanliness: the hotel, the rooms and the facilities are really clean. The pool is lovely and the choice of indoor and outdoor ones make it a good variety. Kids club: Amazing people who look after your kids and they have such a variety to activities to entertain them. The kids kept wanting to go back (which made sightseeing hard!) Things the hotel needs to improve on: Food: the variety was good, however the hygiene was poor. Several times we found hair in the food. There were a lot of flies around the drinks area. One night, the chicken was very pink and the I told the staff, they did not do anything. Also if they have a big group booking then one of the restaurants gets reserved for the group which means the only other restaurant gets really so you end up sitting in the lobby to eat. They could do with staggering the big groups. Noise: There is a bar on the 10th floor - amazing views but horrible if you have kids trying to sleep before 1am. They have a lot of other properties opposite the hotel where they can have the parties Overall, the hotel is a great and nice for kids. If the management took some time to plan the food, events, it would easily be a 5 star. But right now it is somewhere between 3 and 4.

I would absolutely come back to this hotel very family friendly, very clean. The staff were very nice. I don’t expect much when traveling from a hotel, but this property absolutely went above and beyond my expectations :)

Picked this resort by chance and I’m happy that I did. It’s clean, the room was more than adequate and quiet. I should have opted for sea views but was satisfied at the back of the hotel watching the sun go down every evening. There are plenty of restaurants within a ten minute walk or less and the bus stop is outside the hotel and just across the street. Overal a relaxing stay.

Definitely will NOT be returning to this hotel, the staff were borderline racist and rude, the rooms were substandard and unkept, the rules are completely nonsensical, they did NOT provide any of the requests we made before leaving, they put us in the wrong type of room, staff are very slow to respond to necessities, I could go on for hours of how disappointed we were with this stay, if I had not already pre-paid my stay I would’ve left and booked another hotel. I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Apart from the common areas being somewhat presentable, the entire rest of the hotel feels like it’s falling apart, I felt like the lifts would give in at any moment. The food is terrible. Staff are not friendly and have to be chased after multiple times to complete simple request such as toilet paper or towels. They also find a way to charge for every little thing. All in all, a complete waste of money and time and a HUGE regret for me personally.

Excellent hotel, but for the air conditioning turned off in January. The room was to hot,and situated on the busy road it was too noisy to open windows .

Brilliant value for money. Not your usual chips and nuggets all inclusive. Excellent choice of quality meals at all times. Great drinks selections. Friendly staff. Rooms are lovely and clean. Overall a surprisingly excellent hotel considering the reasonable price through Expedia.
