H10 is a large hotel about 5 min drive from the airport. On arrival the receptionist dealt with my booking whilst also talking on the phone to someone else (not very professional). My room was on the ground floor and could hear music from the bar area. Dinner and breakfast was average. Limited choice and the hot dishes were only warm. I was on half-board and surprised that no drinks were included for dinner.. not even water!

Pleasant staff. Good location very near airport- used public bus. Shops nearby. Handy for local buses to access different areas for walking routes. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Nice hot shower. Varied meal options with buffet style dining. Only criticism is food not always very hot. Experienced this before on continent.

Check in was great, did an upgrade to a Suite, but the service has been terrible, we requested at 5:00 pm extra pillows and it’s already 12:30 and nothing yet, called The front desk 30 min ago and artillery nothing, My husband suffers from back pain and need the extra pillows to sleep, also only one garbage can on the bathroom, requested another and still waiting, this is a 5 star hotel but the pillow on the chair on the living room is all ripped….

Booked last minute. Enjoyed ourselves, the closed proximity to the water, accessible beach and pathways. Would stay again

The hotel is everything you can look for in a fantastic stay at a very reasonable rate. The room Is comfortable with lots of details (universal outlet, bottle opener, toiletries, lots of lighting, chairs, etc). The food was fantastic and extensive, the facilities are gorgeous and clean, and the staff is really accommodating. This hotel has it all and is a fabulous place to stay. Unfortunately, I got sick while here and the staff went above and beyond to care for me. Este hotel lo tiene todo. La habitación es cómoda y tiene muchos detalles (enchufe universal, abrebotellas, mucha iluminación, sillas, etc). La comida era fantástica y extensa, las instalaciones eran preciosas y muy limpias, y el personal es muy acogedor. Lamentablemente, me puse enfermo durante mi estancia y el personal cuidó de mí más de lo que se esperaba.

Friendly place to stay with family and friends

Really great hotel , we had a sea view which was fab , really helpful staff , only down side was the buffet breakfast was cold every day apart from the omelette station which was great .

Comfortable rooms, furniture could use an upgrade. Nice lobby and reception. Lots of variety at breakfast, though rather chaotic. Pleasant location.

line of 7 people at check-in and, although documents and room keys neatly prepared on shelf behind reception process seemed to take forever with only a single receptionist on duty. just my luck, a second appeared as I reached the head of the queue. A smart member of staff walked past during this time, said hello, but did nothing to alleviate the situation- I took it to be the duty manager. this is simply not acceptable. had I completed this analysis earlier I would have given one star but, on reflection, the girls were very helpful and apologetic and so I relented and gave three. - what was so bad was this was at 5pm

The hotel was very full and nowhere near enough staff. The staff worked so hard but still had to queue to get into breakfast and then queue at every station to get get food. The bar in the evening had one waiter serving iver 50 people and one barman. Service was not good but the fault was not the staff it was lacking staff. The pool area is the best part of this hotel it’s lovely

Nice views of Santa Cruz, conveniently located. The outside greenery and terrace were really pleasant. The building is quite old and could do a renovation. Friendly staff and average food. This could improve. Cocid19 measures in place and overall good experience.

Hotel was fabulous and the staff couldn't do enough for you

Beautiful location and very convenient for both Santa Cruz (island capital) and airport. The #500 bus service between airport and Sta Cruz passes the hotel. €1.50 each way with modern comfortable and fast buses. We had a spacious comfortable room with balcony and ocean view. Breakfast buffet was copious but very busy at peak time (8 - 9.30am). Good selection of foods but coffee was not too good. Overall very pleased with hotel. Helpful friendly staff and management put a complimentary bottle of Cava in our room for my birthday. Very nice gesture!

Lovely relaxing week .. Quiet, convenient and comfortable. Very restful ,and some wonderful Seascapes on the safe Coastal Walk. Easy ,quick access from airport. A Little bars and Shops within 3 minutes walk . Bus stop to Santa Cruz facing hotel for going a little further afield and a change of scenery.

Well designed. Comfortable room. Good location on the sea front. Decent breakfast buffet, though shame about the coffee.

Fantastic hotel. Clean, bright, classy but not snooty, comfy bed and bedding, hot shower with good water pressure, solid WiFi, pleasant sea view, stunning atrium with hanging gardens and indoor rock garden. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were great - fresh and well presented with great variety. All I would wish for is that the coffee and drinks dispensers were not switched off for dinner - I would enjoy having coffee with my meal rather than having to buy one in the lounge afterwards.

Very nice hotel with an ocean view. Lovely food. Needs some repairs here and there(f.e. water was dripping from the roof in a lounge when raining, when showering water was leaking on the floor in our room)

Two single beds, they just split out every night , we where there as family with our 3 years old son , he slept with us every night in our big “family double bed” which it was made by as ( joint two single beds), hotel staff absolutely lovely , rooms cleaners very lovely smiling, absolutely lovely staff , big thank for all of them .

The hotel is in a very good location by the beach. It's 5 min by car to Santa Cruz and the airport. The rooms are big although a bit outdated. The staff are very friendly and polite, always ready to help. Very good experience

Take care when booking on line, I thought I had booked a room with mini kitchen. But I had booked a standard room. No problem, the room was great with sea view, balcony, and a fridge. I was offered an upgrade, but accepted the offer of a kettle and two cups! Although a large hotel, breakfast was well organised with four coffee machines (good coffee), three areas of hot food. Well, just book your holiday and enjoy!

Evening entertainment dreadful....really bad. Not enough bar staff so have to wait ages for drinks! Hotel is not about the customer experience but about their “rules”! Food was awful. It was mostly fried or swimming in fat. There were no decent vegetables just steamed they were all mixed with dairy especially cheese. Why couldn’t we have just healthy steamed veg?? If they did put plain veg out it was cold with the salad! Cold broccoli straight from the fridge!!!! Pools were very clean but the supposedly heated pool was as cold as the other pools! When I checked out they tried to charge me for a sauna I didn’t have so be careful what’s added to your room! Would never go back

My husband and I enjoyed our week stay. My overall hotel experience was excellent. Firstly, all the staff are friendly, efficient and smart. They make you feel very welcome in a professional manner. The hotel has a gorgeous lobby that then extends to a staircased courtyard style with lots of hanging green garlands and a waterfall that leads you to the restaurant and outside space. Our room was comfortable and a nice size. We had a table and chairs on the balcony. I felt that the two plug sockets could have been fitted in better positions and maybe one more. The bathroom was lovely with a walk in shower but the hairdryer was not powerful enough for me so I gave up using it as it took too long to dry my hair. The bed was super comfortable. Our room was tidied every day and immaculately done. We had breakfast in the restaurant. It was buffet style and had everything you could think of that you would want to eat for breakfast. The staff replaced deminishing stock before it ran out mostly and with ease and not getting in the way. As you finished your plate it would be taken away soon after to leave you able to go get more with a fresh plate. Seeing the numerous staff they have on duty, it is a well well oiled machine. I was very impressed how good and attentive the restaurant staff were. The hotel bar was a lovely evening. Outside, the hotel has two adult pools. I only swam in the heated one. The hotel is well situated for this small place of Los Cancajos.

Hotel location was good, easy to visit many tourist sights. Hotel is very dated, needs an uplift definitely not a 4 star as advertised. Only 2 English speaking TV channels which were both news channels which would have been ok if the wi-fi worked but this rarely worked during our stay and when it did it was very slow. Food was average. I doubt we would stay here again.

Relaxing place to stay. Very close to Santa Cruz which i a lovely town a short bus ride away. Hiring a car enables you to explore further. Island small enough to get around comfortably. Very varied island scenery. Good hiking .
