Needs updated, but clean. Breakfast was great. Booked through Expedia but then they took my card and put $100 deposit on it and said it would be returned in five days. Don’t like the fact that they do that.

It was close and convenient for what we needed. Beautiful inside the building and they are continuing to make upgrades. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Location was great..foyer felt 'old' but ok. First thing I noticed was coffee setup..coffee maker yes..coffee yes..after that..no...had to ask for sugar. Cups..lucky for me,I travel with creamer. Room was ok,standard fare..but I guess remodeling..mattresses & bed frames in hallway..we also heard them above us working in room above .Pool was in basement..soon as we got off elevator..no way..went right back up. There was small blood stain on mattress cover,we could see thru sheet,asked for bed redo the next day which they did..but not with a mattress cover.. threadbare sheet. How do I know? Holes in sheets.Also found trash under chair & side table between beds..not ours.. There's only 1 ice machine & no where to dump trash

Hotel was working on replacing mattresses and beds while we were there so we had a nice brand new one! Comfy and I loved the pillows! Quiet and I couldn’t hear the neighbors. Decent breakfast. Needs a bigger TV but it had lots of channels.

Not well kept inside or out. Outdated. Shower had leak. Toilet ran every 10-15 minutes. Staff was nice and friendly.

Said breakfast was at 6 but took until 7:30 before there were any scrambled eggs and by that time the sausage was cold. They are remodeling but the pillows were flat. Hopefully they will be replacing them soon.

They still hold my deposits from another two card which declined from their end.

Nice family operated hotel. We have stayed here several times. It has good value and is convenient. They are upgrading all of the mattresses (ours had already been done and was great) so manuevering the hallways was hard with luggage.

Location to turnpike was great and hotel deserves 10 stars. Hotel was immaculate room, lobby, breakfast and outside area were all spotless. Checking in and out effortless. Would stay there again in a heartbeat

Run down older hotel with old carpet and furniture. The chair in the room had a huge stain. Had to change rooms because of bed bug on bed crawling. Receptionist was understanding but was unable to refund room since it was a third party …. Upgraded to another room - suite If I wasn’t super tired I would’ve gone somewhere else. I could drive anymore. Elevator old and questionable. Deposit is unnecessary for a place like that. Not typical hotel you would see with this name /brand attached to it. We were very disappointed

Spend a few extra bucks and stay at a neighboring property. This property is in decline and badly needs updating. The mattress was old, the TV picture wasn’t even as big as the tiny TV itself. The wallpaper was falling off or the walls. The smell in the third floor hallways was so bad it was keeping under the door of our room. Breakfast was ok. Check in was twice as long as it should have been. Definitely will not return!!

The room had a very strong "musty" smell that was hard to get used to. There were a lot of heavy footsteps on the floor above. The room was very well maintained, and the staff very cordial.

This property is located among many other hotel chains and for its price point, is an excellent value. While the décor is dated (think 80's country) the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Rooms have your typical amenities, fridge, microwave, etc. Daily housekeeping was provided which is a rarity now a days. Complementary breakfast is also provided with your typical offerings, cereal, sausages, eggs, waffles, etc. My only complaints were that there were no plugs for either the sink or bathtub (not a deal breaker) as well as the exhaust fan did not work. The TV remote while being able to change the channel and adjust the volume, you could not turn the TV on or off. My other complaint is not specific to this hotel alone. Why can't the hotels provide a list of channels available rather than having us scroll through a long list of channels only to find that they are not available to watch whether it is Infinity, Comcast, Roku, etc. I enjoyed my stay and found so many more things to do and see in the area that I extended my stay an extra few days and the hotel gave me the same rate as Expedia did. Will definitely stay here again.

Dated facility needing repair. Window spring damaged, stairs need shampooing bad. The staff was nice. For a 2 star it was ok. Brought me back when I would stay at Country Inn and Suites in the 90s. Nothing changed or updated.

the room is clean but you can hear every noise coming from outside like if your window was open, even if you have earplugs. inexpensive
