Property was really gross and sketchy. Holes in the bathroom wall. Certain amenities weren’t available and it just felt overall unsafe.

The doors only had one lock and didn't seal (any insect, cockroach or bug could enter through). There were people sleeping on the ground in front of the building. The light sockets didn't meet standards for medical/oxygen equipment (OSA), bathroom faucet leaked. The only thing that gave the room an inviting look was the wooden floors. It took 10 minutes for the water to warm up for a shower. Renovation and innovation should meet the standards of today's population. We definitely won't be staying here again.

This place looks and feels like it is on the verge of collapsing around you. The smell of ammonia was so strong in our room we began to get dizzy and nauseous. We found stains on both beds, exposed wires, the bathroom mirror was cracked, and the room was so barren and spartan nothing about it felt welcoming. We were so not okay with the stains and smell that we left immediately. I can say the front desk person - who did not look surprised when I asked for a full refund - was helpful and efficient. The images used for advertising are like a bait and switch - nothing about them is real or honest. Would never go back!

Property seemed run down. Not kept up. No clock in the room like most rooms. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good temperature.

We had a great stay. Before pandimec it was in better condition. You cann tell tbe homeless have taken a toll on this hotel.

My room was inundated with strobing lights 1/2 the nights I was there from Domestic calls from the woman above me. On the 3rd night the manager made a joke of it. I wonder if she knows only a portion of the motel’s clientele

I paid for deluxe room they gave me a regular room. When asking for the deluxe room the front desk lady said I’d have to pay more. The tv didn’t work. The bedding wasn’t changed from previous stay there was other peoples hair in the bed. I’m not sure what type of scam they’re running but they but they even tried to give me a different refund then I paid. Almost refused to give me a receipt. Also the employee called me a broke a** b**** after talking about being in the wrong room. This employee also locked us out of our room went through our stuff and stole. My husband talked to the manager in the morning and she didn’t seem to care. She admitted employee had stolen our stuff and we could have it back only after we had a meeting with her. I’m a nurse and was up here for a traveling assignment and the employee stole a pair of my scrubs. Not once did the manager apologize. Actually she tried to act like I was ridiculous for being upset.

Love the wood carvings out front. Went to sleep, got woke up by somebody pounding on back door. Got up, hollard at them they took off. Noticed back door was only closed by safety chain. Closed it and locked it. Also back door or framing warped. Floor was dirty, lot of dirt spread around, also one of the lights above the bed was not working. No cable TV. Ice machine not working.

Room was as expected, typical for a motel6. Ice machine was broken. Lots of homeless people passing through the parking lots (not the fault of the motel, just the location). Staff were super helpful. Loved that there was a refrigerator in the room. Will consider staying there again.

Front desk was accommodating to early check in and that went well, the fridge inside was leaking and left a puddle of water. The lock on the door was not working and I felt unsafe as no one came to help and service the lock. Place was okay

Nothing works all the hot tubs were broken the swimming pool smelled like sewer the tv was broken there were tweekers and drug addicts everywhere very gross feeling in the room

Room outdated. Walls appear to be uninsulated, as you can hear occupants in room above.

Rooms were large and clean and well kept.Over all my stay was pleasant there.

Helpful staff. Room about what I expected. Some maintenance items, i.e. broken ice machine, loose sink faucet. Otherwise, a Motel 6 experience.

McDonald's and in and out are close with stores close by also

I liked everything about it and the staff was friendly it was quiet where I was able to get a good night sleep.

It was horrible. Everything about it. Basty people everywhere. Yelling all night. And morning. The rooms were run down. Should not even be used ass a motel. I even had to switch room first thing. The first rooms bathroom shower flooded the bathroom. The remote. Did notwork . And there was even missing tile throughout the room. Second room wasnot any better. I even have the pics to prove it.

I reserved this establishment for an overnight stay for my son and 2 teenage grandsons. Worst Motel 6 they've ever stayed in. The wall had blood on it. There was a hole punched in the wall of the bathroom. The deadbolt didn't work. The parking lot had several drug addicts. My son said had I not already paid he would have left. He said he had stayed at the Motel 6 With Ukiah before and it was decent. This was Motel 6 North. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could have give no stars I would have.

Very nice and helpful management. Room was super clean! Some rather sketchy people staying here though.

I walked in the room looked over and there was cockroach crawling on the wall. I didn’t stay I walk right out the room. That’s disgusting.

Spas were out of use & filled with mattresses. Very sketchy people hanging around, shower head in our room would swing around & spray water on the ceiling. Looked like our door had been kicked in-paint was missing and door didn’t align tightly w frame. Walls had patches -smooshed bug on the ceiling & every day at 11am your room key expires and u have to go to the front desk to get a new one!

Reservation got misplaced

Roach on the floor in the bathroom. Asked for a quiet room and they put me right next to the ice machine. I got to hear the ice machine dump ice all evening.

homeless kept wondering thru the property, mentally ill yelling. Clerk had problem with my check in & I left & came back and was able to check in to a room that needs a deep cleaning in the shower, sink & mirror s. Looked like someone started to renovate then quit. Used to be a nice place before Motel 6 took over

The room was disgusting. The bed sheets were covered in burn marks, after walking barefoot bottom of my feet were black, shower was not washed, there were some sort of food stains all over the walls and part of the floor. Will not stay here again.

I booked the room for 1 night to get some rest during a 9 Hr road trip, but didn’t end up staying at all! We got checked in and handed keys and the parking lot was full of sketchy looking people including guys drinking alcohol by their cars and 2 young girls who looked like they were on drugs. When we opened the door the bed was completely disheveled with sheets thrown everywhere and new immediately the room had not been cleaned. We requested a refund, but due to asking for a refund after check in were unable to get it back. We felt unsafe and didn’t want to bother getting another room key because the front desk clerk let us know someone had messed up and marked dirty rooms as clean so it wasn’t the only room in the hotel that would be in those conditions.
