Didn’t even complete my stay horrible service ran by rude obnoxious people would never recommend nor stay here

Horrible service, homeless people everywhere, dirty area, staff unfriendly bad services, tv was broken and all thay said was sorry. Bad overall

Never staying here again! Front desk was not friendly. Suspicious people loitering around the parking lot and hotel staff was not doing anything about it. Lock on the door didn’t feel secured. Sheets looked dirty and had holes in them. Not worth the price!

I arrived to 3 Young men in the lobby with no identifying clothing that they were employees. The first room they gave me the door would not open. The second room, the door opened, but would not lock. Reluctantly, one of the gentlemen there came to assist and got it to lock. The bed was worn and not comfortable. There were holes in the wall. Floors were filthy. The towels were dirty. This place should be closed down.

There was nothing to like about that place. It looks like a place where they butchered animals and dragged their bodies all over the hallway. The Place is absolutely disgusting. Dirty hall ways, dirty steps, bed felt like you are sleeping on metal sheets, broken TV, hole on the bathroom door, tiny cheap towels. $.99 towels. Romote had 1 battery. The register guy had an attitude from the signed in. During checked out, his attitude was woret, like I disturbed him or something. I couldn't sleep at all and i was so tired and was looking for a good rest. $133/night for this garbage place? Unreal. That's stealing money. Homeless people surrounding the facility. Place smell like urine and trash. Unbelievable, why would charged that much for a trash place like that?? That's not fair 😕. This place should get shut down for refurbish, point blank.

*** Due to the area I would never stay here again*** Here is my review of this place: Outside area: 0 of 5 stars, it has a lot of homeless right outside the hotel and it is dirty and unsafe at late hours. Front desk: 1of 5 stars, they were really rude and rushed me, they also wanted my details like home address even thought I had shown my ID. Inside room: 2 of 5, not as bad as it looks outside so as long as you hunker down you should be good. The bed was decent but pillows and blankets were questionable. The bathroom was good and the A/C was good that’s why I gave a 2. Parking lot: 1of5, doesn’t look safe to leave your vehicle parked there for a full night. Luckily I uber there. Honestly, if you are short on cash is better to just stay in a hostel downtown, instead of risking it out here. It feels like a gangsters movie hotel where they are waiting for a package. Is not even that cheap I paid 136 dollars, for something that I value at maybe 75. Expedia do yourself a favor and remove this hotel from your listing. I may look for other platforms to book if you don’t QA your hotels.

The ROACHES welcomed us into our room! The only reason we stayed after killing them was because it was non refundable and there was nothing else better than that... Definitely NEVER going there again.. we should have stayed in our car but the area is so loud and unsafe. If you can, please stay somewhere else!

First some facts: it was a motel, not a hotel / its located in the poorer part of San Diego area / at the time it was on the cheaper side of available locations per night / did not spend the days here, only to sleep LIKES: - pricing, although not the best I went during a time that all hotel/motel pricing was high - free parking - outdoor security cameras - 24hr front office - near bus/trolley system - fridge and microwave (a surprise) - it was clean, not pristine but clean DISLIKES: - furniture was in poor state but functional - internet was not secure - interior walls had minimal cosmetic damage (scratches,etc) - towels were small in size and few - bathroom soap and shampoo, tiny and rarely replaced (had to get my own) - no ice machine Would I recommend? - if your expectation is you get what you pay for / reasonable and not expecting pampering, probably so. Would not recommend for a family, however. Would I go again? - Maybe, I went because my options were limited and it was available. I may have gotten lucky on the room type. I was also alone and am used to accommodating short times of living roughly.

Very poor condition. Holes on the door covered by silicon and towells very old and small. Pictures shown are not what you see in reality. Blankets not well clean and with holes. I stayed 3 night. Just came back to sleep.

Hotel Ac was not working very dirty outside very nasty guy the price not worth it

i don’t know where to start, when i got to my original room the door was already open before i could put the key card in, then we actually went into the room there was no latch to the door at all, so we requested another room. When we got to that room there was a big whole on the side of the bed where bugs can come in and out of, where was someone’s initials on the door and the floor was dirty. it’s unfortunate i couldn’t get a refund because i didn’t even stay there more than 20 minutes before getting a different motel.

The room was so dirty. Just DIRTY. Take cleaning supplies bedding and shower supplies The towel was small and you could see right through it. Its horrible im surprised expedia even put it on their website. NEVER AGAIN. Manager watched as one cleaning lady tried to clean all the rooms with complaints and everyone was complaining

When we arrived there was a whole bunch of homeless people in the entrance and the people in the office were hanging out there with them, the area seemed very sketchy and dangerous, the front desk guy just asked for my ID as soon as he saw me and did not greeted us, gave a paper to fill out and threw the key on the desk, the room they gave us did not even have a door lock, asked the front desk if we could get a room switch but they were fully booked and we had to put a chair against the door for the night… after settling in, we wanted to get some snacks from the corner store but the stairs were blocked by some guys that looked suspicious, we did not feel safe at all, don’t stay in this motel, the room smelled like cigarettes and it slapped us in the face as soon as we walked in, it was not cozy and the bed was as hard as a rock.. don’t stay here and be fooled by the pictures..very sketch

Very dirty and poor maintained motel. Towel is the worst i have seen in my life. Save money go some where else

Lot of homeless people walking around cars felt unsafe

The front desk person was in a SCREAMING CUSSING match with a guest who was in her UNDERWEAR when me and my 3 yr old child got there. We checked in after 5 pm. DIRTY sheets messy on the bed, no pillows, dirty TOWELS were all on the bathroom floor and wet, no toilet paper. And when I asked 2x for towels and sheets so I could make the bed myself he gave a few towels and 12 pillow cases.

This motel should be avoided. They really have no business being in business in San Diego or anywhere where there is any other hotel option within 20 miles. Here is a summary of what my wife and I encountered: We were in room 219; The door cannot be locked and secured so I put the desk, chair, and our luggage in front of the door; the window in the bathroom has no lock on it, the smoke detector was disconnected, no Kleenex, no place to hang clothes anywhere in the room, no iron or ironing board, no safe for valuables, no hooks or towel rods in the bathroom. The three towels provided were washed but small, old, and stained. The towels looked like oversized, hand towels, rather than bath towels. The bars of soap are so small. They’re almost like single use bar soap. No hair dryer, no soap dish in shower. There is literally no place to set anything in the shower. Soap and shampoo and gel and razors. Everything can only be set on the floor of the shower.

Homeless people sleeping at front entrance. Garbage, alot of litter on front & back property. Swimming pool was empty of water & full with garbage. Room & bathroom floors both very filthy, could not walk shoeless. NO amenities in room. Sink was hanging off the wall in bathrrom
