Pictures on site were not the same as what the room was. The room was disgusting had stains on the rugs. The ceiling head marks the bed was old. The furnishings were old asked to get changed since it was my birthday. Took three times for someone to address the matter to get a room change.

Quiet, clean, affordable, and Convene.

I don’t ever give bad reviews as I also am in the hospitality business but this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. After working for 12 hours I got to the hotel to find that many renovations were being done, which is understandable however, the closest elevator was down so had to walk to the far end of the hotel just to get up to my floor. Then had to walk back through the hall to get to my room that was in the middle. When I got to my room finally, the key card didn’t work. So I went all the way back to the lobby and asked for new cards. Went all the way back up to find the cards AGAIN not working. So I went down to the lobby a second time. They called security to go up w me to use their key card that guess what?? Yep…don’t work. This is a 20 minute ordeal already! Then had to wait another 10 min for someone else to come up and try to charge the key pad and yep…you guessed it…it didn’t charge. So again had to wait another 20 min for them to try to open the door with basically a coat hanger. Still didn’t work. Waited another 10 min for someone else to come try and another 10 min of waiting for them to finally get the door open. At this point it was now 4am and I just wanted to go to sleep! I won’t EVER stay here again!!!

We like staying at The Golden Nugget in Laughlin. Cleaner than other hotels in area. Lower floors. Nice lay out.

Very disappointed in the run down condition of the property. It was not the Golden Nugget I remembered from previous stays. The room was very far from the elevator (only one for the entire west wing), smelled pretty bad and the thermostat was the worst I have ever used making the room temp a monumental challenge to maintain to our liking. Only providing two K-cups per day and watered down shampoo was a disgrace. Lastly, charging a resort fee for nothing except Wi-Fi is a rip off. I will never stay here again.

AC not working in room all 3 nights. Elevator not working for 4 months.

It is a bit not convenient walking up and down stair because the elevator was broken. The room smelled smoking and not really cleaned.

Air conditioning didn't work, elevator was broke and ice machine didn't work and gambling wasn't much fun!

Toilet and sink were clogged. Would recommend staying elsewhere.

The good thing about the room is the beds were clean and comfortable. The carpet needs replacing. There was a very large stain in front of the door. The tub was two different colors, yellow and white, the grout in the bathroom was crumbling. The room needs a good update. And the room smelled very musty. We ended up leaving a day early. Will be staying somewhere else next time.

Hotel is out dated and in poor repair.

Both nights we were disturbed by the next room's loud television and their multiple barking dogs, only after complaining twice did the hotel speak to them however the disturbance continued until three thirty in the morning, Both nights were horrible! We usually stay at GN but next stay will most likely be at another laughlin hotel.

None operating elevators, no hot water

Elevators were out of commission. Needless to say it’s pretty disappointing to have to haul your bags up and down a stairwell. No advance notice provided, nor was assistance offered. The AC system rattled was barely able to cool the room. Overall, just a tired, beat up old hotel.

Bartenders were rude and act like you are bothering them when you need a drink

Elevators in very poor condition. Stairwell smelled bad. Room was clean, but dated and the air conditioning made a very loud rattle that prevented us from running during night time hours. Resort fee of $40 plus a night is outrageous for this property.

Room is old & outdated, the bathroom shower had long black hair on the walls so the did not clean it. The toilet was loose like getting ready to tip over. Cleaning lady came to our door twice before 8:30 am!! And she just opened it no knock

Check in was a breeze, only 1 elevator for the east floors which happened to be at the opposite end of the hallway. Room was clean, though it’s dated and can use a facelift.

They lied to hotel.com We check out and they didn't check us out. We left in 2 hours and didn't check us out it was just not comfortable for us and could not get WiFi call and she gave us password but didn't work,call again gave us different one and that didn't work either. Then call would not pick up the phone. So we checked out

Pictures online definitely show a catfish. On this hotel looks a lot better on the picture it is very dated everything was very Rusty trains did not work in the bathroom. The window did not have any screen. Overall just a very old dated Hotel

We had an amazing trip we went to jetski for the weekend beautiful hotel and staff would definitely stay again liked the spa at night to.

SUPER COMORTABLE BEDS. VACUUMING NEEDED IN HALLS AND ELEVATORS. GREAT FOOD IN RESTAURANTS AND SERVICE TOO! THEY NEED $5.00 BLACK JACK TABLES, VERY DISAPPOINTED THERE ONLY HAD $15.00 TABLES.

I think there is room for improvement when checking in & the room isn’t ready. We were told to call back to check when better customer service is to have the staff call or text us when the room is ready. I informed the front desk the water in the tub didn’t drain properly & the vent in the bathroom was not clean. Lots of dust built up. Housekeeping should be informing the maintenance department to fix/clean
