Check in was great, Giovanna checked me in. There was a slight problem with the room I was going to stay in. She fixed it immediately with no questions. I was also given information on local things to do and eat along with where the locals also went to pick up food. If staying in this area again, I would definitely stay and recommend to anyone.

We travel (3 ladies in our 60’s) together 3-4 times a year for the past 20 years. Absolutely loved this place. Spacious, clean, well equipped and the location was incredible. We’ll definitely be back!

The room was great, very spacious and clean. There were only two problems on our trip, one was that the air conditioning didn’t seem to really work, and the other was that they came to empty the dumpsters at 5:45 AM on Saturday morning! Not fun being woken up with really loud noises on your vacation! Other than those two things everything was great.

Very, very happy with our stay and the property as a whole. A doorknob to a closet came off in my hand, but not dangerous or anything, just worn and am confident it was addressed when we left.

Check in was suppose to be 4, wasn’t able to check in until 5:30. I thought the hotel was very loud we could hear everything from the hall and other rooms.

Great hotel, great location - would love to come back when it's warmer out. Will say the pool is def. not as pretty as pics - older pool, siding chipping and hot tub is small but its indoor/outdoor pool which is cool. Movie theater was out of service which was a bummer but not a big deal - my daughter still loved the pool. Amentity wise since this is a longer stay like hotel room with full kitchen (no bfast service offered) would have liked to have some basics in the room besides coffee (salt and pepper, little bottle of olive oil/ also no body wash in shower, only body lotion and hair shampoo - luckily had my own stuff) - other than that i would def. love to come back and would be more prepared for next time - our room could have fit 6 people (two bedrooms, king, two twins and pull out full couch) - plenty of space - and two bathrooms! would love to visit again with more fam members - also great location/easy to walk to restaurants and shops, and in warmer months there is a lobster shack right out front.

Spacious suite - and the place is overall cozy and adorable. Location is superb. Walkable to so many must-see spots in Newport! It was one of the best weekend getaways!

Nice place. Not perfect, but comfortable and conveniently located near food and shopping. My biggest complaint is the dirtiness of the windows throughout the resort. Not much of a view when the windows are covered in water stains and dirt. Not what you would expect from an $900/ night resort.

Right in Newport, close to many sites, but also with lots of on-site activities like BYOB Bingo, BYOB art classes, etc. Staff was SUPER nice. Look forward to staying here again.

It was in a great location, great views, convenient to everything and the beds and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.
